We were a group of 5 who spent about 2.5 hours with Bénédicte in her lovely apartment making the most amazing macarons and chocolate soufflé. What a wonderful experience to be a little less of a tourist and more of a traveler with an authentic experience.

First off, Bénédicte's apartment is a Instagram dream. The space and accents are a wonderful complement to the experience. We started with a sweet and some tea while we made our introductions. Then onto the baking. Bénédicte is a wonderful, patient teacher. She kept forward progression with all of us having different responsibilities to get the work done. She made everything so easy...and delicious!

It was amazing to find such an immersive, English-speaking class. We would go back and do the cooking class in a heartbeat!

Definitely recommend.

We scheduled this cooking class for a break from the attractions of Paris on a day when rain was predicted. We received the cooking class, lunch but also much more. This was much different than the usual class in the back of a store or restaurant. Bénédicte was so welcoming of us into her home/kitchen. She took us on a short walk to the local market to buy the provisions for our class, explaining what she was buying and why she made those choices. She was so patient while coaching us through the recipes, answering our questions and giving instructions with care and grace. The lunch was outstanding. The price seemed a bit steep , but considering the quality of the meal, and the overall experience, id highly recommend scheduling a class with Bénédicte for your travels.

I had a family of five - from 14 to 80 - on this trip. I thought I would surprise them with something unique, something more than just the tourist attractions. This was so worth it. Benedicte was charming, a great cook, and a great teacher. She was incredibly patient with us - both our cooking as well as some of the questions she got asked by elderly Americans! :) She couldn't have handled us with more care. She brought us to the local market to buy ingredients, explained why she chooses what she does, coached us on the cooking techniques and then we sat down to an amazing meal and a great glass of wine or three. HIGHLY recommend.

In the space of about three hours we became near experts at macarons and chocolate soufflé thanks to the excellent guidance of Benedicte. Benedicte made us feel very welcome in her lovely flat. After a friendly chat over a gorgeous brioche and juice, the four of us were divided into two teams. Macarons were first on the menu, and Benedicte guided us through her family recipe, giving friendly advice all the way. We made two types - lemon and raspberry, and made the fillings too. Benedicte taught us a really fail safe way of doing macarons and we got all the tips we need to succeed at home. Afterwards we made a chocolate soufflé which rose like goodness knows what. And then finished it all off by making a caramel sauce from scratch. We then got to taste all of our creations over a pot of tea and/or champagne!! It was great chatting to Benedicte, swapping food stories while sampling our baking. We will undoubtedly make the recipes again and again at home, making the whole Parisian Kitchen experience into a truly treasured memory. We cannot recommend this enough. It suits everyone: beginners to foodies.

This was a wonderful way to spend an afternoon! I surprised my young daughter with a macaron/ chocolate souffle baking class for her 9th birthday. Benedicte was very accomodating in allowing and working with children. We were joined by two sweet girls from New Zealand, and had a great time! Benedicte was very efficient and organized, and made baking these tricky masterpieces seem easy! Our creations tasted just as good, if not better than what you buy in the bakeries. I would highly recommend this class!

Benedicte was a fine communicator and my family and I enjoyed the cooking class very much. We enjoyed everything from visiting the local market to making the meal to eating the meal. During the process we learned much about France and French culture. It was authentic to have the class in Benedicte's actual home. Recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time cooking with Bénédicte in her Parisian kitchen. After a welcome glass of champagne and a small treat, we went shopping at her local markets for the produce and meat for our lunch. With food in hand, we headed back to her apartment to cook our lunch. Her guidance was superb and the meal was delicious. We would highly recommend this cooking class and will definitely cook with Bénédicte on our next trip to Paris!

I had a great time learning how to make macaroons and chocolate souffle. I was a solo traveler to Paris and this was one of the most memorable experience on my trip. Must do in Paris!
