I traveled to Paris with my husband and our 2 college sons. I was looking for a cooking experience that we would all enjoy and Benedicte provided the perfect experience.
We had an amazing shopping and cooking experience with Benedicte. She met us on the street and took us shopping for everything we needed to prepare our lunch. Then, back at her beautiful apartment, she walked us through preparing an amazing French meal. It was delicious, but the ingredients and techniques are such that we can use what we learned and make the same meal again at home.
Benedicte was a lovely hostess, very personable and kind, and easy to talk to. My college sons loved her and are still talking about how great their French cooking lesson was.

I had a family of five - from 14 to 80 - on this trip. I thought I would surprise them with something unique, something more than just the tourist attractions. This was so worth it. Benedicte was charming, a great cook, and a great teacher. She was incredibly patient with us - both our cooking as well as some of the questions she got asked by elderly Americans! :) She couldn't have handled us with more care. She brought us to the local market to buy ingredients, explained why she chooses what she does, coached us on the cooking techniques and then we sat down to an amazing meal and a great glass of wine or three. HIGHLY recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time cooking with Bénédicte in her Parisian kitchen. After a welcome glass of champagne and a small treat, we went shopping at her local markets for the produce and meat for our lunch. With food in hand, we headed back to her apartment to cook our lunch. Her guidance was superb and the meal was delicious. We would highly recommend this cooking class and will definitely cook with Bénédicte on our next trip to Paris!

I had a great time learning how to make macaroons and chocolate souffle. I was a solo traveler to Paris and this was one of the most memorable experience on my trip. Must do in Paris!

My daughter and I spent the afternoon at the Parisian Kitchen while visiting Paris. It was definitely a highlight of our trip. We loved shopping in the markets and learning some interesting tips about ingredients we had never used and some food preparation tips. The food was absolutely delicious and the people that we shared the day with were a delight. I would highly recommend the Parisian Kitchen.

There's nothing better than learning to cook simple, market-fresh dishes from a Parisian, CHEZ a Parisian! The class begins with a visit to the nearby market for provisions and really added to the experience. A beautiful afternoon with many key techniques that I was able to apply in my own cooking at home! Highly recommend.

In the space of about three hours we became near experts at macarons and chocolate soufflé thanks to the excellent guidance of Benedicte. Benedicte made us feel very welcome in her lovely flat. After a friendly chat over a gorgeous brioche and juice, the four of us were divided into two teams. Macarons were first on the menu, and Benedicte guided us through her family recipe, giving friendly advice all the way. We made two types - lemon and raspberry, and made the fillings too. Benedicte taught us a really fail safe way of doing macarons and we got all the tips we need to succeed at home. Afterwards we made a chocolate soufflé which rose like goodness knows what. And then finished it all off by making a caramel sauce from scratch. We then got to taste all of our creations over a pot of tea and/or champagne!! It was great chatting to Benedicte, swapping food stories while sampling our baking. We will undoubtedly make the recipes again and again at home, making the whole Parisian Kitchen experience into a truly treasured memory. We cannot recommend this enough. It suits everyone: beginners to foodies.

We truly enjoyed our time cooking a wonderful meal in Benedicte's apartment. Every part of this experience is very high end/classy from the time you arrive at the apartment until you leave. All the dishes we prepared were explained very well and at the end we created a meal that I will never forget. I look forward to taking this class again when I return to Paris.
