We spent a wonderful weekend in Paris with a group of friends. Our incredible organizer engaged HelpTourists for two guided tours in the areas of Montmartre and Le Marais. Our tour guide Solène did an outstanding job! She entertained the group in fluent German, gave historical backgrounds, and answered all our questions. Many thanks again, Solène. Our 5 stars go to YOU!

It was a marvellous tour outside the usual tourist paths. We learned a lot about history and people of Paris, architecture, way of life etc. The walking tour was very convenient.
Solène our tour guide was splendid. She gave a lot of information without overloading our brains. She explained everything easily and gave a lot of tips where to find what in Paris, even outside the tour.
The service of HelpTourists in total was extraordinary. Bookings were made without problems, all booked activities very well. Information were given quickly.
We enjoyed our trip to Paris very much, which is to a big extent due to HelpTourists and to our tour guide Solène.
We fully recommend HelpTourists in all respects.

Great guided tour with Marie-Lena through Montmartre! She was very knowledgeable, very good in keeping the family entertained and interested and knew a lot of unknown background information and stories. She was very empathetic and had a lot of experience!

We did the 4 hour Tour through Montmartre. Our guide Nadine was very symapatic and knew a lot about our aim. Especially little stories apart from classical sight seeing. We also got to know things from allday life in Paris which was very interesting.

My wife and I booked a tour of Montmarte for December 29th. At first we thought that the tour was a bit expensive. But we were taught otherwise. Solene was on time at the agreed location and we had the feeling that a friend was showing us her neighborhood. She spoke very lively and with a lot of knowledge about the history of Montmarte and to all our questions she had an answer. We had booked an additional Seine boat tour through "HelpTourist". However, we forgot to get the cards. Solene made sure on Sunday that we got a QR code and started our boat tour. That was a fantastic service and thanks again for that. We will visit Paris again and one thing is already certain: We will definitely book a tour again with "HelpTourist" and if possible let Solene show us your city. Wir wollen mit dem Zug von Paris nach Versailles fahren am 8. Mai, bei Oui SNCF wird hier kein Zug angezeigt. Ist die Strecke gesperrt? Weiß jemand etwas?
