Run, don't walk away from this terrible company. I'm not usually one to write a review (either way), but you are very likely to regret dealing with History Group Agency. First, we did not skip ANY lines. In fact, our "guide" made us wait in the wrong line --a general admission ticket buying line. Yes, this company does not buy the tickets in advance --you must wait in (hopefully in the correct) line, where the guide buys a zillion tickets and distributes them. There is not "fast" line or special access here. Second, the guide was untrained. Not only did he put us in wrong lines, he simply did not LEAD the group. He had no distinguishing uniform/hat, so he blended in with the huge crowds. He did not queue the group properly. He did not have a voice that carried beyond a few people AND there was no headphones/mic or audio equipment for him to share anything of substance with our group. We were a forlorn diaspora scattered to the winds and blended with the huge crowds that we there. It was up to US to run along and make comprehensible sense of the mess that was transpiring. Finally, we never reached the Summit. There was no priority access, and with the innumerable delays from the guide and the lines, the Summit closed without our seeing it. I am angry that my family and I wasted our precious last evening (and money) with this tour, which in my opinion was a complete scam. I wish we had just bought champagne and picnicked on the grounds. Save lots of money and just buy a ticket at the ticket booth --you'll see the tower and probably save lots of time too!

First of all, our two guides were very nice and are the only reason I’m giving 2 instead of 1. We were told to be there 15 minutes early for our 7:15 tour. When we arrived, there where about 30 people waiting while one clerk checked in prepaid tickets and sold new ones, including for future tours. We finally left for the tower around 8:00 where only one elevator was functioning, and we waited in line with everyone else. The tour guides were well aware of this, and we felt failure to disclose that fact was dishonest. One member of our group had to leave to catch a flight before we even got to the elevator. The advertising said the tour was one hour, but it ended up being 3 with all the waiting. We would never have paid the price if we had known the “skip the line” part was false advertising. If we could get a refund, we would. We felt cheated

I don’t usually write reviews but in short, there was no point in purchasing this ticket. We didn’t skip any queue nor did we get priority access. We stood in the same queue as everyone else waiting to get our tickets from collection. The tour guide stated “COVID restrictions” but I couldn’t see the logic in that statement. We paid double double the price of the ticket for no benefit and therefore missed the sunset which we were hoping to see. Very disappointed and will be asking for a refund. Just go to the ticket box like everyone else does, don’t buy this.

Our guide Flor was very knowledgeable of the history of Paris and the Eiffel Tower. The line was skipped easily with 3 security controls. Much appreciated..
