My wife and I had a great time on the Eiffel Tower tour. Our guide, a young lady from Nashville, did a great job helping us navigate through the check points and lines. Being able to jump the line really helped us get through much faster. Our guide gave a lot of great history of the tower and the city of Paris. It was well worth it.

Our tour guide was Presleigh and she was amazing. Not only did she guide us from the ticket office and through all the security checks, she gave a tour on the 2nd floor explaining all about Gustav Eiffel and the Eiffel Tower's fun facts. Really informative, friendly and made the trip a truly wonderful experience. Highly recommend skip the line and summit access. We then went to the summit and enjoyed all the views and a cheeky glass of champagne! At the evening we popped back to view the tower lit up. Every evening, the Eiffel Tower is adorned with its golden covering and sparkles for 5 minutes every hour on the hour which shouldn’t be missed!

The tour was billed as a "skip the line" summit to the top. We arrived at the ticket office well in advance to find out that while our tour was for 1:15, our tickets weren't until 2:00. We waited and waited in lines to get to the top and didn't get there until after 2:30. Why pay a premium for a "skip the line" ticket and spend more than 1/2 the tour in line? Additionally, the way the tour is billed makes it seem like it included an optional cruise on the Seine. I was surprised to find out that after paying over $400, the river cruise was an additional $40. That wasn't anywhere in the description. Next time I will book tickets directly through Tour Eiffel. I would still have to stand in line and would have saved $80 a person.

Taking the elevator to the summit was amazing.

Sebastian from Argentina was our guide. Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. We paid to go all the way to the top of the tower, but unfortunately it was closed due to weather, I think. Waiting for 50% refund. Other than that fully recommended.

We went to the top of the Eiffel Tower and the views were amazing. It was a clear and sunny day and we could see for miles. We then went on the Seine River Cruise which was a great way to see the sights including landmarks such as Notre Dame and the Eiffel Tower etc. Would definitely recommend.

Didn’t understand the purpose of the guide. He did not really add to the experience. Never gave us any history as a whole group- just to individuals when asked.

“If I purchase The Diamond Ride Pass which includes 2 days on the hop on-hop off bus, a Seine River cruise & 2 days of public transportation, does the pass require I use the SAME 2 days for all 3 modes or do I have the option of breaking up the days; for instance: Monday & Tuesday ride the hop on-hop off bus, Wednesday cruise the Seine River and then Thursday & Friday use the metro & RER (public transportation)? Thank you.”

I don’t think so. The moment you activate the pass on the bus everything starts counting. So it’s the same days for everything. Still, it’s all helpful.

Hi there! Sorry for the late answer - we weren't able to post any replies until now, so that's why we're only getting back to you today.
Our tour lasts for roughly two hours - from 2 to 4 pm - and our pick-up point is located on Concorde Square, just next to the Tuilerie Gardens' entrance gate. You'll see the bus arriving around 1.30 pm and we promise you won't miss it as it's the only one in Paris covered in turf!
