Food was good but staff seemed a bit overwhelmed by the number of people. We could have used some water as we sat down. It was also my birthday and it seemed like the cruise was only there to make you feel special if you paid more money. When you pay €75 a person for a cruise, the least you expect is to feel good about the meal and your special event. Sad to hear people being wished on their birthday but not me :)
Not sure if I’d come back for a special event if the cruise is this poor when it comes to customer service and satisfaction.

My husband tried to convince me to take a dinner cruise on Seine, at the time I would rather go to a Michelin star restaurant for the same price. After this experience I realized enjoying dinner with the romantic ambience and scenery of Paris at night is a once a lifetime experience. Our waiter Ban was attentive and amazing, the live music made our night unforgettable

A good evening to take a tour of Paris while eating at night. I recommend the cruise at 9:15 p.m., this will allow you to have the sunset and night atmosphere. Really nice. Service by Benjamin friendly and relaxed.

We were so excited to be cruising along the River Seine for a New Year celebration. We had paid an extra ten euros per person for a 'Bay window' which turned out to be a cramped table by the window! The video on the promotional website does not reflect the seating within the boat we were on as the tables were very close together. The food was OK and the staff were good.
The highlight of the evening was supposed to be seeing the fireworks from the foot of the Eiffel Tower. However the reality is that you are at the foot of the Eiffel Tower at 11pm and by midnight you are virtually back at the start point and somewhat ironically, because you are on a boat, you are probably in one of the few places in Paris where you see absolutely no fireworks!
We knew we were paying a high price for a New Years Eve celebration, but were willing to do so for an unforgettable experience. If you are looking to see in the New Year with fireworks I would definitely not recommend this cruise!

Hello L5963MWsarahb,
Thank you for taking the time to write a review on TripAdvisor. We are very sorry to read that you did not enjoy your New Year's Eve Cruise. Due to a flooding of the River Seine, we were forced by the authorities to slightly modify our cruise and that is why you weren't able to be in front of the Eiffel Tower at 12pm. For the fireworks on NYE, the Seine is definitely not the best place to watch it because they are fired from the Champs Elysées, which is quite far from the river. Whereas, on Bastille Day, they are fired from the Eiffel Tower, and thus visible from de the river. I hope that these informations will be useful to you and to other travellers.
Kindest regards,
Megan Viegas

We, a family of four, went for the Christmas Cruise lunch on 25 December and paid extra EUR10 each for a table by the window. The table seatings were all very closed to one another and very cramped space. The food was average and the menu (package) does not include any drinks. Hence, you gotta pay if you order any drink on board. The staff was quite unfriendly. There was a photographer on board taking photographs for every table except ours, we felt they were only friendly to the French or Europeans on board. It gave us a the impression of racism. We were at first looking forward to the cruise but sadly to say, we would never return for such a bad experience. We would definitely NOT recommend this cruise. Don't waste money!

Saveurs dinner cruise on Bastille Day 2023
This was supposed to be the highlight of our trip to Paris. My husband and I were celebrating our 5th anniversary and were looking forward to having an epic experience watching the fireworks at the Eiffel Tower on Bastille Day. I am an artist and photographer so was expecting an superior view of the show. We picked our hotel to be near the launch for the dinner cruise. Everything went as planned until we stepped on the boat. The photos on the website were of glass topped boats. This boat was not glass topped and we were escorted to a table that was not next to a window. When we inquired about viewing the fireworks, we were told to view them "on the patio". The "patio", sporting a full roof with just a small bench around the edge, could comfortably fit maybe 20 people. There were at least 100 people on board. While we cruised up and down the Seine pre-fireworks, I was forced to lean over the people seated at the window or go back and forth from the "patio" to take pictures. We saw many people picnicking along the river and on other boats. As the meals were served, we were surprised and horrified to notice that we were being "parked" by the side of the river so that the patio would be the only place on the entire boat with a view of the entire fireworks show. One side of the boat was crammed up against the dock wall and the other side had only an obstructed view due to the angle of the boat and the over hanging roof. By this time, most of the passengers were compressed standing up onto the tiny viewing area with phones upraised for more than 45 minutes. Ironically, the people who were sitting along the wall above us less than 10 feet away had a beautiful view of the entire show for free. I spent the entire show leaning over another couple who were in the seats of another couple who decided to cram themselves onto the patio. The meals and service were adequate, but I spent the better part of this dinner trying not to cry and running up and down the inside of the boat trying to see the fireworks. When I told our server how upset I was, she said something about the captain deciding to to park for some reason that she didn't understand either. After, we spent 3 minutes getting back to port. We had just spent nearly 400 euros for some ordinary food and a completely obstructed (non)view of the fireworks without going anywhere at all. This evening was our last in Paris and supposed to be our anniversary highlight, what a waste of time and money.

We nearly missed the boat, despite being early, as it was hidden behind containers with no clear signage. We’d paid the extra for the “romantic upgrade”, but were sadly stuck behind a large gentleman meaning the view was blocked. The waiter took an age to serve us, then promptly completely forgot our drinks until we complained (they eventually arrived by the end of the second course). We were accosted by a pushy lady taking pictures (usual tourist scam). Then presented with a bill straight after dessert - never asked if we’d like a second drink even though we had a 30min cruise left to dock. Final insult - they had added an extra 6€ for one of the fixed price menu items, with no clear indication of the charge. Multiple couples in ear shot complained - but only shrugs received.

Not worth the money at all.
Food was just "ok", some of it didn't taste well. We were even served butter that had gone out of date a month earlier!
We paid for the extra package of rose petals and window seat, but apparently they had sold that to everyone as we were crammed into a table with no room to breath or move. The woman on the next table almost had her hair in my food because of this...
The sights of Paris are more comfortable and romantic to watch up close by simply walking to the places. This tour is NOT worth anywhere near its price tag.

Worst experience in terms of respect regarding the client. We have booked a 3 hour cruise with dinner and drinks included, an even they had 2 board living at the same hour probably they made an overbooking and gave us a a table which was put extra in a corner, after some curtains which obvious was the space for crew, literally put near the captain cabin. On the other side of the table was a wooden wall!!

Very nice experience, food was very good and staff was lovely. The tour with the boat goes by the Tour Eiffel giving a breath taking view of it and the whole city. The music is not too loud, the singer has a magic voice and plays popular songs. We really enjoyed this experience and our waiter Benjamin engaged really well with us and was a lot of fun despite a little language barrier from our side!

Saludos
Written October 24, 2019
Dear LGabita,
Depending on the cruise you book, the menu will change. It is adapted to children so they will sodas instead of wine. But we recommend you to book a diner cruise without drinks, so that you can freely get what you want onboard.
The boats are covered and the cruise will take place even if it rains. It is safe.
The window seats are not guaranteed with the booking. But to secure them, you can ask them for 10€ per person while boarding or during your booking.
Do you have any other question ?
Best Regards,
Alexia

Pedem gorjeta no final apesar do valor e do serviço abusivo.
