We visited after a very long day walking the Louvre. The most incredible foot massage you will ever have. After a long flight a visit here is must as well. Highly recommend a visit.

I have had massages in just about every vacation I have taken (most recently in Thailand, so I have a good reference to world class) and I have to say this one was OK.

First of all, it is not central to the main roads in the Arc de Triomphe area so its a bit of a walk. Next the pricing wasn't accurate. It posted 80Euro for 1h15min and we only got 60min each.

I was disappointed when my therapist disappeared for about 5 mins just getting into the massage and didn't even make it up at the end. They didn't ask me what I specifically was coming in for as far as legs, feet or back areas that required attention. The ladies up front just sit there and are not attentive one bit.

The massage itself was OK and the room was not very organized although it appeared clean.

Wish they would step up their game for what they charge but its not somewhere I would return.

I guess I was bit luckier then other reviewers.. My therapist was very communicative and she asked me about my back or if I had any other issues with back and neck. I wish I could remembered her name.
I was pleased with the room, cleanliness, temperature and massage itself.
They offered me nice cup of tea afterwards.
So I guess overall experience will depend on the staff that is present when you visit.
They are pricey, but the location is important to me, so the way I look at it, at least I don't spend for taxi to go there.

I will go there again when I return to Paris

First of all, I must stress the fact that it is really, really overpriced for what is only a random thai massage salon pretending being a 5 stars spa.The only 5 stars thing is the price : 150euros for 90 minutes???
The girl at reception is barely nice,no smile, 10 girls waiting watching at you at reception, no one to offer you a glass of water, a tea or anything...they take you straight to the room. The bathroom doesnt look nice really, almost messy.
The therapist didnt assk me any question, and didnt explain anything (I've had many massages, but in real 5 stars places they do talk to you before starting any treatment)!
I won't go back, I prefer to spend that money in better places worth the price.

I am giving this two stars because we had a couples massage and my husband's was pretty good, but overall, this was a bad experience. Here's why: first, poor communication. I have had massages all over the world, and when I do not speak the language, there is usually a person who asks for my needs and concerns beforehand and relates this to the therapist. The woman assigned to my husband spoke a little English, so I figured we were ok. Unfortunately, that was not the case, and I left with little to no work done on what was bothering me, my back, and the pressure was too light overall. There was no check-in during the massage. Second: this massage bordered on inappropriate. I have no need, as a woman, to have my breasts touched or massaged, and I left feeling a little violated. I probably would have overlooked this if there had been adequate work done on my back, but it was like this was the focus, and that was beyond weird. Also, they left the door open while I was fully exposed, and multiple therapists walked by! Even if fully covered this would have been inappropriate. Overall, the place was clean and they were nice; we were late due to another issue and they were very nice about honoring our massage, but if I knew what I was getting into, I would have canceled it. My feeling: my husband had the experienced therapist and I had the rookie. Can't fully blame her - they should have been able to communicate to her my concerns, and no one asked. We will be looking elsewhere next time.

A total joke. Door was open. My husband and I asked for foot massages. The lady told us she had no one to give massages... not that they were busy... they were just not there. My husband asked why then was the door open? The woman said, “ it’s too hot, I needed the breeze “.

I had an amazing most delicious one and a half hour hot oil treatment massage at Ban Sabai Spa. The masseuse was excellent, very thorough and careful not to press too hard, but nevertheless strong and just enough. The place was clean and friendly. Loved it and recommend it thoroughly.

I had a massage at Ban Sabai this afternoon. I needed to relax a little so I chose this place because it was near my work. Big mistake. I had a 90 minute massage in a dark room with no decorations. The massage was terrible, she kept on burping, yawning, the pressure was too strong even though I told her many times, she didn't put enough oil so it felt like she was ripping my skin off. She also had nails that were digging in my skin. Not the kind of massage I expected in a Thai salon. I've been in Thailand and had massages many times and I must say this was the worst one by far.

We have been coming here for over 15 year ... top quality Thai massage in relaxing environment. I variously visit alone, or with my wife.

My husband gave me a 2-hr massage and I was so glad he did Ive been in living in Paris for 6mos now and this the 4th time I tried their massage here(which cost a lot), and so far this is the best ive had!! Since most (probably all) staff are thai, youll feel that you are in Thailand, the ambience and the staff are all nice. The bed is warm that you can really relax. After the massage, they will serve you something to drink with a some fruits. Will surely coming back!
