I couldn't believe it when I arrived at the Rue du Faubourg to find a 15+ person queue out the front!! It was a Thursday in August, 6pm and it had never crossed my mind that I'd need to queue to buy €500+ shoes. It kind of put me off the whole idea but I'd googled what I wanted and with the strong pound I knew I was getting a bargain if I could be patient. Unfortunately my friend's 10 month old son couldn't be expected to be so patient so we went home and I ventured out alone the following morning. This time I decided to try the Rue du Grenelle store. Whilst google said it was open, when I got there it was under refurbishment!! So on I walked to Rue Jean-Jacques Rousseau. Luckily not in a pair of Louboutins!!! Upon arrival.... Another queue! Would you believe it? Short this time though... It was 11am. So within 5 minutes I was invited in and immediately introduced to Sarah who was to be my personal shop assistant. Sarah showed me around the collection and collected any pieces I was interested to try on. She stayed with me and served only me from start to finish, bringing out different sizes and similar but different styles so I could be sure I was making the right choice.
So third time lucky!!! My tips- Go early, don't bother with Faubourg! It's obviously their busiest store and just too busy!

The Store is Beautiful but prepare to wait in line for 30mins to an hour to get in. They treat this store more like a night club that a boutique. They have a guard standing at the door with a counter regulating entry one in after one leaves out. The store is pretty cool on the inside with a big Ferris wheel of shoes, but not much more to offer than any other CL store. In my opinion just save your time in Parris and use it elsewhere.

We went to Paris for a surprise weekend, so I couldn't not visit the flagship store for the first time.

The run a queueing system to enter when you are greeted by your own personal shopper. We waited around 40 mins to get in. They did allow us to use the loo while we waited. And also have us a delicious chocolate!

Our personal shopper was lovely, she quickly understood my needs and catered to them quickly. I have big feet (size 41!) so it's not an easy job but we got there in the end and everyone was happy!!

I was nervous that I would be waiting in line, but I went on a Monday afternoon and there were only two other customers in the store. I wasn't helped right away and had to ask someone to help me, but once I got help it was fantastic. The store was much smaller than I expected and I thought they would have a bigger selection, but they had a lot in the back. I enjoyed the personalized experience very much. For instance, I wanted black pumps so I tried a pair, but felt that the heel was too high. The man helping me brought me the same shoe with a slightly shorter heel. Then I felt that the heel height was perfect, but the toe was too pointy so he went in the back and found me the same heel height with a more rounded toe (a shoe that wasn't even on display). I was surprised at how comfortable the shoes are (the pair I already owned isn't) and I couldn't believe the savings (I live in the US). One pair I bought is $675 plus another $67 in tax at home. There it was 540 euro and then you get vat refunded. It was like a $200 savings so I ended up getting two pairs. They give you paperwork at the register so that all you have to do at the airport is find the vat machine, take 5 seconds to scan the barcode, and you're all set (130 euro refunded to my card for 2 pairs). So awesome!

My mom and I are long time Christian fans and shoppers. We've purchased shoes in China, Russia, Germany, and Spain. At each store, we've received immediate and unparalleled service.

This store - the FLAGSHIP store - was a joke. We walked in, were not greeted for over 10 minutes, and as we walked around the store, not one person asked if they could help us. Please note, there was no queue this day and there was only 1 other customer in the store. There were MULTIPLE associates available, but they all turned their noses up at us.

Finally, when my mom got so frustrated she demanded help, she was told to wait and that someone would be right with here. Fifteen minutes later, someone showed up to help. After not having the shoe in the correct size for my mom (no one's fault), the sales person brought over a shoe that in no way was similar in look, feel, or style to the original shoe my mom chose. It was a half-hearted attempt at service and Mr. Louboutin should really look at the way LOYAL customers are treated at this store.

I'll still shop Louboutin, but NEVER again will I go to the Paris store. I'll gladly go back to the other locations around the world where I'm sure we'll get the service we deserve.

Buy your famous Louboutin shoes somewhere else.
Been there three rimes with my wife, the wait is quite long and the staff isn't welcoming at all.
Keeps me Wondering why they even bother to have a boutique if attending to customers bores them that much.
My wife never bought shoes from them as she gets annoyed by the staff every time.
Buy Louboutin from Galeries Lafayettes instead.

Went to the store on Faubourg St.-Honore. Waited outside for 45". I was the second in line, not sure why we were waiting because no one seemed to be coming out! The woman in front of me had a friend join her about 40" after I got there. Two people came out, and security let the woman and her friend go in, not me! I complained that I was waiting longer, but they didn't care since it was her friend. I was furious. 5" later the friend's husband arrived, and they let him in! I waited 10" more in the rain, then gave up and left. It's ridiculous. I can buy the shoes online or at home. What a waste of time.

We had the best experience. My daughter wanted to go to the original boutique of her favorite shoemaker in her favorite city to celebrate her high school graduation. I was nervous because of some of the reviews. This boutique did not disappoint. We were a bit worn as we had just finished a two hour tour of Notre Dame, but the attendants treated us with the grace and care of queens. My daughter smiled from ear to ear for the remainder of our visit. Thank you so very much Francis and the entire staff!!! 💞

Didn't mind the wait outside, but when my sister and I went in we were treated like Paris street beggars. Didn't get anything more than an acknowledgement from the security guard, and when we asked about sizes from the associate, he seamed dismissive (quickly returning without a size or an alternative).

I guess this is Paris retail service, but in the states they look to make a sale; not just to push you back out the door.

Arrived early evening to purchase Pigalle 85 Shoes....store was busy, staff member saw her friend at the door and ran over to hug and chat, while customers were left waiting.
Staff were efficient but not friendly, seemed to be annoyed with customers... i was corrected by a sales person when i told them they had brought out the wrong size shoe for me to try...no apology at their mistake.

Shoes were purchased and the whole experience was rushed, i would have left without them had we not walked for ages trying to find the tiny store.

Avoid and purchase in one of the larger department stores, Galleries Lafayette or Printemps...i haven't actually visited these stores, but i am pretty sure they would be friendlier than this mob.
