We walked along here from our accommodation in Javel to see the Eiffel Tower. Walking along the water was easy and not crowded, and beautiful. There is the copy of the Statue of Liberty to see, the exercise area, and all the boats on the river, as the Eiffel Tower gets closer and closer. The island ends on one of the famous bridges with its statue and the metro going over the river.

Ile des Cygnes is an artificial island in the River Seine. It was created in 1827. Three bridges cross the island. There is also a pathway that runs the length of the island. We did not visit it, but only viewed it from the top of the Eiffel Tower.

The Ile aux Cygnes is a small man-made island in the middle of the River Seine. It is located not far from the Eiffel Tower. The island is easily reachable through the Pont de Bir-Hakeim or the Pont de Grenelle. The most prominent landmark on this lovely island is the famous replica of the Statue of Liberty. The tree-lined path that runs along this narrow island is a perfect place to take a leisurely stroll away from the crowds. You won’t meet many tourists there, just some locals walking their dogs or jogging. There are many comfortable benches placed along the island, so you can sit and relax in the shade of the trees and enjoy the great views of the Seine and its banks.

Few people know that there is a statue of liberty in Paris. It is located in a small island (île aux cygnes) located not far from the Eiffel tower. The island is actually a small park, very well kept, which can be accessed from the Bir-Hakeim bridge. This is one of those rare places in Paris where you get away from the crowds of tourists. There is not a lot to see, or to do, here, by the way. Which helps enjoy the tranquility of the place.
A tip: if you walk in the rive droite (north side of the Seine) from the Mirabeau bridge to the Grenelle bridge you will be able to take a picture with lady Liberty and the Eiffel tower in the same frame.

It is a long strip, where you walk from Passy bridge to Beaugrenelle, or vice-versa.
Benches all along under trees to rest or eat while seeing Paris.
Very nice place.
Plus you see the Statue of Liberty (originally a gift from France, to the U.S.).

This is a lovely small Island that can be accessed from either Pont de Grenelle or Pont de Bir-Hakeim. At the southern end you can get a good look at the Statue of Liberty but there is also an opportunity to photograph The Eiffel Tower from an unusual angle. There are park benches spread throughout and it offers shade on a sunny day to come and read a paper or have a coffee and sandwich (which you bring with you). Entry/Access is Free.

While in Paris, we had to see the smaller replica of the Statue of Liberty. The walk to the island was beautiful. There is an exercise spot right there too, which was a surprise to see.

What a great place to go for a quiet stroll. You will see many people here eating lunch on the benches or just relaxing during a mid-day break. A good place to find some shade and slow things down a bit looking out over the Seine.

This artificial island close to ten meters long and nearly a kilometer, is between the bridges of Grenelle and Bir-Hakeim. Created in 1825, this place is unusual and pleasant walk with a few hundred trees. Most athletes improvise a training session outdoors, with views of the Eiffel Tower, thanks to the many sports facilities (play area, climbing walls, stationary bikes ...). The swan island is famous for its reply by 16 meters high Statue of Liberty, located on the southern tip.

We somewhat stumbled upon this gem in Paris, right down the road from the Eiffel. I cannot express how beautiful it is this time of year! The pictures don't do it justice. This is the place for a peaceful stroll through the changing leaves, surrounded by the Seine and with the Eiffel as a backdrop.
