They cancelled my dinner cruise for 10 people because it was difficult to navigate on Seine river that night. I understand that, it happens The problem is they never gave me my money back and they don't even answer emails. How unprofessional is that? It will be hard to trust them again. What a pity!

my wife and I booked the 8.30 dinner cruise at first I thought the premium service charge of 200 euro per head was a bit expensive even by Paris standards however I was very wrong we had window seats and were served the most delicious 4 course dinner the meal was accompanied by champagne then white and red wines followed... I was very disappointed with the quality of food and wine considering the money that this dinner cruise costs. The one thing they do get to hang their hat on is that viewing Paris from the Seine once was all of its magnificent landmarks are lit up at night is nothing short of amazing.

Our dinner ran late, so I wasn't sure if we were even going to make the cruise. We missed the one a half hour before by minutes, so waited to see if enough people would come for the last cruise of the night. (They required at least ten people for the cruise to run). We had close to twenty or... More

We were on a 2 hour lunch cruise, starting at the Eiffel Tower. We paid for the Premier Service at the front of the boat, with four courses and wine and water included. The meal was excellent, and the waiters superb. Because the weather was a little overcast, and even rained slightly for a short while, the boat was comfortable.... More

Boat trip was very nice and it was time for us to get rest and chill out :) Nice views, nice boat, friendly staff. The only problem was with e-tickets. I didn't print the tickets at home - hello! this is XXI centaury! I had everything saved as a picture on my mobile. Unfortunately the newest solutions didn't come to... More

Good reasonably short cruise from a convenient spot and did not have to queue for long. Some of the more popular ones seemed to have long long lines. This was fine - just came down from Trocadero & Palais de Tokyo and crossed the river. It's right there. 15 euros is not too bad (although folks with pounds sterling will... More

Took this tour in the evening when the city of Paris comes to life. Beautiful to see the historic building light up and reflect off the water. And to see the lights on the Eiffel Tower dance in the evening. I would suggest sitting on the right side of the boat that is closer to the riverside, so you get... More

I am not a big fan of dinner cruises, but this was worth it. Very romantic. Good food, lots of wine (included in price), and excellent service. There are several seating options - I was happy that we had some space between us and the couple next to us. They also had live music which was nice. We took a... More
