The market shopping and cooking class was not only the best dinner we had in Paris, but the most fun evening! I loved shopping at the markets and learning so much about the different products. Patrick was our chef and he was excellent. Fun group, too! I highly recommend this event!

First and foremost: our chef/instructor was Constance Deledalle, who was incredible. Very knowledge, helpful, and personable. We had a great experience, starting with our visit around the wonderful open markets to buy fish (flounder), duck, fruits and vegetables, and other items. Start to finish: about 5/12 hours. We made everything from scratch, including a chocolate tart with crust. Constance showed... More

Had a great time with Alex leading the bread making class. We had a fun group, learned a great deal and the time flew by as we were busy the whole time. We fear we won't be able to match the bread at home we baked and took with us from class, it was all outstanding! You don't have to... More

If you are in Paris you HAVE to do some cooking class. Chef Constance taught us how to prepare delicious macaroons - she made sure to explain everything really well and the kitchen uses only materials/ equipment that you would have at home. We had a great time. The venue is very cozy and friendly.

Went to the morning market class with 3 friends, led by Chef Constance and was the highlight of my Paris weekend. We decided the menu as a group then went to the market to purchase all of the ingredients. It was great - butchers, fishmongers, bakery, cheese and veggie stall. We were also given background about each of the shops... More

I did two classes while my husband was in business meetings in Paris. It was a great way to be entertained while I was on my own and to learn something new! Chef Constance led the croissant class and she was awesome. I would make sure and try to take her class if it is available. She was witty and... More

The cooking class with our chef Patrick was by far one of the best experiences my daughter and I had in Paris! We started out at the local market where our small group of five were allowed to choose the menu; Sea Bass with celery salad with roquefort and orange /candied citrus zest, duck magret with sweet wine "jus," roasted... This class was great! Our instructor, Ariana Barkin, was wonderful. I knew how to make macarons going into this class but could never get them quite right. This class will definitely help!

We recently were in Paris for a week and decided to try a French cooking class while there (we have done several in Italy, but never France). It was so much fun and we learned some new recipes that I can not wait to try now that we are home. Our chef, Constance, was wonderful! She showed us around the... More

My husband is a gourmet cook and I am just pathetic enough so that any attempt at cooking is usually thwarted as soon as he sees me reaching for a skillet. But we have always enjoyed an occasional cooking class together. It is his first trip to Paris and I thought it would be a fun excursion outside of the... More
