All I needed more was one more person, definitely worth a visit if you're still young..
Music + drinks + servings (they take shots with you) crowd is mostly the people who come here on regular basis... My first visit will come next as well..

Le Boucan is a true gem located in the no man's land between Montmartre and trendy SOPI (Sounth of Pigalle). Run by a young couple dedicated to making all their guests feel at home while also enjoying themselves behind the bar. Most of the guests are young regulars who have turned the place into their second home, but generations also mix. People working in the neighborhood come by at various times of the day and the night. The back area is great for group celebrations. The mojito quality is at the very best! Now, who said Paris bars were not friendly?

If you are a twenty something hipster, you might have fun. If you're late 30's plus you probably will not find much appeal. Regardless of who you are, it doesn't warrant a number one spot in trip advisor.

Overall, it's not worth a special trip to visit.

Relaxed, joyful and fun atmosphere... You will feel like home at Leslie and Cy's bar.
It has been my favorite place since the opening. Great music, great people, a wide choice of drinks (from French wines to Duff beer) and.... The BEST MOJITOS in Paris!!!
Enjoy!

Nestled between Moulin Rouge and subway is Le Boucan. If you are after a friendly Bar with no attitude great music good reasonably priced snacks. All the guys speak English. Its actually located at the end of the queue for the Moulin Rouge. Cocktails are sensibly priced good choice of Beers and Wines. A must when visiting Paris.

Cool place pretty close to all the bigger English taverns in the same street.
It was the first time we went there for some drinks. Its a cozy place, with OK service and pretty well decorated. Shame its a bit thin because if its crowded it makes it difficult to pass trough the whole time.

The only thing I didnt like is that they did not have happy hours and we paid 7Eur for a paint of beer.

My average would be 3.5 / 5

My friend and I used this bar pre-rugby to watch an English football game on my phone, sitting at the bar drinking using their wi-fi. The guy serving in a trilby was very friendly and played some great older tunes while we enjoyed our match.

We knew before we left that we'd come back in the evening and at about 11.30pm when the place was packed, I wriggled to the bar to get served and the barman (owner.?) immediately recognised me, high fived me and congratulated England on winning the tournament with a big smile - very magnanimous.!

The tunes were now newer but still good and the place was absolutely buzzing, we drank mojitos with Kronenburg chasers until we could drink no more and stepped wearily (and slightly unsteadily) into the cold night air.
