We loved this museum! The exhibits ranged from the classic to the eclectic. We went on a Saturday in January, with a minimal wait (under 5 minutes) to get in. No need to pre-purchase tickets, as this is an off-the-beaten-path museum. Would love to visit...More

I visited here recently with my brother and we both loved it. The museum itself is in a lovely area and there is a really nice garden at the front. The exhibitions are very well laid out and there is plenty of information available. The...More

Gorgeous setting for a photography gallery - beautiful townhouse with lots of light. The staff are very friendly and the price is good value, €8 for 3-4 separate exhibitions. The rooms are airy with lots of information on the exhibitions - enough for a photography...More

I use to visit MEP twice a year. I never get disapointed. There are allways good exibitions to see there and the bookshop is small but excelent. Sometimes there are very worthy "dedicaces". Une negative point: there was a free admission day at wednesdays evening,...More

This is well located gallery, relatively large with exhibition space on several floors. Great display, well lit. Plenty of room to view photos in detail. A small, but well-stocked bookshop. Open later than many other museums, a good place to round off the day.

Best photo exhibitions at the heart of the city. What looks like a small modern place from the outside, reveals grand old town house with all it's charmes. Tickets free after 5pm all Wednesdays.

I am a photographer and I visit this museum each time I am in Paris. They have excellent exhibits on multiple floors--usually 6 or 7 at a time. They also do an excellent job of cross pollinating the exhibits. Andre Sorrano had a major exhibit,...More

No French photographers and only one European. Although there was an interesting exhibition of photos of homeless people, it was a poor overall experience, made worse by a huge portrait of Donald Trump.

Always good temporary photo exhibits in a simple appropriate setting. Low entrance fee. If you like artistic photography, come here. They support the true artists of the world.
