Of all the lovely metro entrances in Paris, this one stands apart as unique. Shaped like two crowns embellished with glass, this metro design is the newest in the city. It was designed in the year 2000 by Jean-Michel Othoniel to celebrate the 100th anniversary...More

The ornate metro station of Palais Royal is fairly extravagant but very pleasing to the eye. This metro station puts a smile on your face.

I was curious to see what this decorated Metro station entrance was all about. It's kind of Bollywood and cool.

This Metro entrance has very cute decorations. And it's located in a lovely square in the middle of Paris. I recommend a visit to the Comedie Francaise gift store.

One of the most ornamental entrances of all the Metro stations and the artwork is known as “Kiosk of the night owls”. The metro station is located between the Louvre and the lovely Palais Royal gardens.

The decoration of it is Christmas-like, or maybe something that reminds me of fairy tales. Anyway, it's a pretty and different one. Even if you won't take the subway, you'll still have nice photos of it.

Unfortunately, there are many metro stations innaccessible to wheelchairs. Do not rely too much on people to get them up and down the stairs. Try to find an alternative with the bus and the RER
