I liked the overall look of this monument (and you can get some neat pictures of the Eiffel Tower from there), but it was closed. The idea is that the word "Peace" is written in many languages, and people can add their own messages of peace. However, the interactive parts are closed. My guide said that it may be removed. As an art installation, it's modern and interesting to look at.

We saw this after walking away from the Eiffel Tower. It's some kind of peace symbol, but I didn't quite get what it meant.

We were headed to the Eiffel Tower for sunset and ran into the Wall For Peace. We could just see from a distance. A cool structure with views of the tower in the background.

Nice area to walk around and take great pictures of the Eiffel Tower. Even though is not more than 2 glass walls they are really premature and have the most wonderful word all over “piece” on many language. Totally worth the visit.

Unfortunately due to massive construction and tons of areas blocked off to the public, this monument is currently inaccessible. Disappointing.

The Wall for Peace is near the Eiffel Tower and across from the Ecole Militaire. It’s designed to encourage peace and it does that just by visiting.
Unfortunately it’s surrounded by tall fences with the Eiffel Tower in the background and I can under why it’s been fenced off so vandals don’t ruin it.
Nice to view.

Visited here 6 yrs ago and revisited now as part of a walk to Eiffel Tower. A monument to peace with languages of the world inscribed was a nice idea. It now looks awful!!
It is surrounded by a high wire fence and overgrown and unkempt. We visited at dusk and the rubbish that has collected around the steps just attracts the rats. What a dreadful shame, it spoils the idea behind it and the approach to the park!

Thought it is not well know about the meaning of the structure and the columns to the public, at least it served its purpose to promote peace to all peoples of the world. The best place to exhibit because Eiffel Tower is the most visited attraction in Paris. No one will miss it and so does this place too. I assumed.

This was a great idea but the structure has been vandalized on a regular basis and is enclosed in a tall fence, surrounded by grass and weeds two feet high. This is why we cannot have nice things.

This monument is currently undergoing "deratization," as the sign in front of the fencing states. The chance to photograph the Eiffel Tower through its lens gives you a unique photo opportunity with a lovely sentiment of Peace. My guess after reading some articles about the rodent issues in picnic areas around Paris makes me think that they are working on getting things under control with both this monument and other parts of the Champ de Mars.
In this era where reminders of Peace are needed, this still improving site (no graffiti when we visited 4/7/17) is worth the reminder.
