Noemie was very fun and it was extra special that my mom and I had the class all to ourselves! If you are looking for a very easy cooking class where your hands-on time is measuring and separating yolks/whites, this class is for you. If you want something very hands on where you do each step yourself, this might not be the class you want. Overall we found it very fun, the pastries we made were delicious, and perhaps the best part was learning about the history and background of the desserts and picking Noemie's brain about the french culture and language. It was a fair price and I would definitely recommend it for the novelty of taking a french baking class while you're in Paris. I think it would be super fun for groups as well.

I attended this class with my husband Peter and we both enjoyed it immensely. Noemie’s friendliness, good mood and enthusiasm for her subject immediately put us in the mood for this extremely convivial experience. She explained two pastry recipes step by step, all the while showing us the proper gestures to succeed and having us reproduce them. Throughout the course of this class, she explained the (technical, often physics based) reasons why things were done in a certain way (very important with pastry). Thanks to her guidance, experience and spirit, we were each able to « manufacture » a pretty decent peach Charlotte and lemon tart with meringue, both of which we took home. Thank you Noémie, for this ever so pleasant experience, which I strongly recommend to all cooking amateurs!

We were visiting Paris from the UK, and I booked the macaron making class on my wife's birthday. The class was fantastic. I have absolutely no baking experience, and my wife is an amateur baker - the class was pitched at the right level for both of us. Chef Noemie brings a lot of energy and fun to the class. And we were very happy with the fruits of our labour! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a fun activity to do whilst in Paris

My 21 year old daughter and I learned how to make French pastry with Noemie. My daughter speaks French, but I do not, and Noemie used the perfect blend of French and English instruction. Noemie was lovely and oh so patient with us. Teaching us all of the techniques needed to succeed, and even giving us the recipes to bring home so we can practice our new found skills. We had a great time and it truly was a unique experience that I will always cherish and remember oh so fondly. This was by far my favorite activity while we were in Paris.🥐

I had on my bucket list to take cooking and pastry classes, so spent four days in Paris doing something that I had wanted to do for a long time. Noemie's school is small but bright and cheerful and well organized, which I liked. Location is easy from Metro Place de Clichy, about 8-10 minutes walk. Noemie is very friendly and her English is good with French appeal. I took two of her classes , the first a three meal class we did a great grapefruit and cod appetizer, a Halibut with a nut and butter crust with puree squash, and a delicious lemon merengue tart. This class was booked very late, but she still was able to do it, and I was lucky that I was the only pupil. I enjoyed it so much that I had time to do another dessert class two days later, which we did a chocolate filled tart, creme brûlée's, another tart with pistachio Chantilly and fresh raspberries. Everything was delicious, and we ate all the items that we cooked. I would absolutely do her classes, I also took another famous school class in Choux pastries of all types, and I did enjoy it, but prefer Noemie;s class. My expectations of these classes was not to be a great French cook, but I did get a lot of tips and short cuts, but to go through the whole experience in a wonderful city.

Highly recommended taking a class with Noemie. The cooking space is comfortable and the pace of the class is a great balance between observation and practical. I took a class that was in French and English and it was so well facilitated by Noemie. It gave me a chance to listen and work on my French while being able to make sure I really understood the cooking instructions in English. I participated in a class where we prepared an entree, main and desert. The class was so well organised and nothing felt rushed but we were able to get a lot done in the time. I learnt a number of new techniques and had a lot of fun in this welcoming and relaxed environment. Noemie is a wonderful teacher and it was lovely getting to relax and enjoy the food together as a class at the end.

The macarons class was a wonderful event to do with my ten year old granddaughter. Noemie is not only a very good teacher but delightful as well. She was wonderful interacting with the other guests and with my granddaughter. Her instructions were very good and she made the class engaging and fun. And it was fun to be in a French kitchen with a Parisian local. One of the high points of our trip. We intended to bring the macarons home with us but they never made it out of the hotel room...

A perfectly delightful experience! Noemie mixed very professional techniques with a fun filled , “hands on”morning. My teenage granddaughters, daughter and myself attended the class and we can’t wait to try our new learned skills at home.
This is a wonderful “French” experience and I would highly recommend the class . It was a nice change from the museums and other Paris tours. Tres Bien!!!!

Time is precious in Paris! But please take time out to take one of her cooking classes. Really enjoyed it and left with confidence and some insights into French cooking and culture. I will definitely take more classes!

My two daughters and I participated in a macaroon making class with Noemie. It was a lot of fun and she’s a fantastic instructor. She not only ensured we learnt how to make this delicious delicate cookie, but also made it a lot of fun for a small group to interact. The kitchen is clean and perfect and Noemie is so knowledgeable, funny and so humble.
I’d definitely recommend this taking a class if you can find a spot. It was a highlight of our trip to Paris!

I'm sure Ms.Noemi will. I did with my teenage daughter and there was a married couple with their 2 daughters and one was less than 9 yrs old. She's very family friendly. .. you will love her.
