The square was made famous in the movie Me Before You. It is picturesque and peaceful on the Island in the Seine. It is surrounded be cafes, so stop and enjoy life. From here you can go to Pont Neuf.

Come and see why Simone Signoret decided to live here. A truly romantic square and neighborhood in the center of Paris with harmonious architecture. Sit on a bench in the center and drink it all in. The law courts are on the more modern side.

Good place to spend an afternoon in a sunny day. You will be among many young people talking and drinking beers on the bay. Atmosphere super nice. Don't forget to buy an ice cream in the île de Saint Louis before going :)

In all likelihood I would have missed this cute little "square" that's really a triangle, had it not been for Inspector Maigret! He used to walk over here from the Quai des Orfevres and have lunch. OK, so he's a literary figure. But in all...More

Yes, it has been here a long time. Yes, it was once a beautiful (presumably) garden. No, it is not that interesting now. No, it is not really all that beautiful either.

Yes, they lived here and you should come and visit to see the lovely harmonious architecture, at least on 2 sides of this triangular square. Peaceful and pleasant.

We would have missed this if our Parisian friend had not pointed it out! A very quiet, very old square with lots of old world charm. Many eateries around the edges. Beautiful views, places to sit and relax, and usually a rousing game of petanque...More

Really nice, elegant and surprisingly peaceful given the fact it is located a few minutes from Notre Dame. Great place to have a picnic or just relax a bit.

Stayed in an apartment here. The courtyard was peaceful and serene. Gorgeous views of Notre Dame’s spires from our balcony. Qaint restaurants located in the courtyard. A hidden gem.

We happened to walk into this area as we made our way along the seine and to the metro. If you are looking for someone quiet and away from the tourists. It's perfect

Two islands sit in the middle of the Seine at the very
heart of Paris. The more majestic one, Ile de la Cité,
sparkles with history. This is the birthplace of
Paris, the home of the Gothic Sainte-Chapelle, and the
site of the prison where Marie Antoinette was held
before her execution. Tourists flock to see the iconic
Notre Dame and the beautiful bridges that straddle the
Seine. Ile Saint-Louis, the more provincial island,
