Was included on the Paris Pass, so we went, glad we did. Spectacular views of the city in every direction- Nothing else much in the area.

If you like taking pictures this is a must... The view is incredible since you literally have a 360 degree view of the city. The only reason why I gave it a 4 is because of the price. The Eiffel tower gives you a similar...More

I preferred the views from the Tour Montparnasse than from the Eiffel Tower. Too bad there is a glass wall all around but I guess it is for safety reasons.

We visited the tower and enjoyed the visit, we both thought it under rated. The views of Paris are almost as good as the Eiffel Tower, there's a little café there which is not too expensive for Paris.

Best way to see the eiffel tower. Get your camera ready and try to be there before the sun goes down. Have a drink while you wait for the right moment and then go to the roof top. It is a protective glass around so...More

We visited on a rainy day, so naturally the view wasn't as good; but for 15 euros, it was definitely still worth it. We didn't have to wait in any lines. The elevator ride up was very quick. The observation area was somewhat small, especially...More

The view of Paris from the 59th floor of the tower is amazing. The tower is next to a metro station and there were no queues when we got there. The elevator takes you to the 56th floor and from there you climb the stairs...More

Worth the $15 Euro to have no line at all and fabulous views of the city. Easy view of the Eiffel Tower and the large crowds there that we were missing!

The namesake tower of Montparnasse dominates over the
landscape but the fun part is the throbbing life that
goes on below it. Bright lights, busy cinemas,
brasseries and diners encompass hidden museums and
parks to entertain the masses. Long avenues lead away
from the tower to take you to unsuspecting places and
historical monuments and treasures. In between lie
adorable ivy-covered houses with beams and small

Sort of. There's a glass screen but a gap between it and the wall large enough to put a lens through.
