I recently returned to the last vineyards in Paris where they produce grapes that make wine every year. Reportedly the wine is not all that good, but important historically. At one time there was a lot of wine production within the city limits.

One curiosity of Montmartre... a small vineyards in the middle of Paris. It’s producing every years a few hundreds bottle of a pour quality wine.

Yes, it's true. But everyone says that the wine produced from the last vineyard in Paris is not all that good. Still this patch of grapes in lovely in a wonderful neighborhood.
