Our themed hunts give you an overview, whilst keeping you focused & injecting fun in your museum visit. This was hands down the best way for our kids (ages 6 and 8) to experience the Louvre for the first time. The got to see many of the major works and learn about them in a fun and interactive manner all whilst competing for points (which they love). Annie was a very nice, professional and thorough in her instructions,... More

Our family of four (including our two boys ages 12 and 7) enjoyed this interactive experience of the Louvre. If you told my boys "we are going to a world-famous museum to see art," you'd probably get an eye roll or two, possibly a protest. But this billed the experience as a treasure hunt, and that made all the difference.... More

The Louvre is overwhelming even to the most experienced and knowledgable museum-goers, and exponentially more so for kids. This is a great way to make it more fun and engaging for everyone. We visited with our two children, ages 10 and 13, and worked as one team (to minimize divisive family competition). We did the "Skull Scouting" hunt, which is... More

Our ThatLou treasure hunt far exceeded our expectations! Annie was fantastic, very professional, fun and explained everything very well. Our party included 8 teens, 4 adults and 2 seniors - all of us had an amazing time! This was such fun way to experience the Louvre, especially for younger teens/kids - we saw all the best highlights of the museum... More

Being in Paris for 10 days with two teen boys (15 and 13), at one point we were threatened (jokingly) that they would rather jump over a bridge into the Seine than visit yet another museum. But the treasure hunt was a highlight and remembered fondly by all. A new way to experience a museum, we were able to complete... More

What a great idea! I cannot think of a more successful way to get kids to see a great big part of a huge museum, appreciate the works of art and enjoy the whole process. Make a plan before starting and go for the extra points at each exhibit with the bonus questions.

724 points (2nd out of 6 teams), 120 minutes, 2 tired "treasure" hunters, 1 amazing way to get a 5.9 year old to LOVE a visit to a "boring" art museum. Thanks THATLou! :)

When we decided to go to Paris with our four- and fourteen-year-olds, my husband warned me that he didn't think the kids would last too long in the museums there. When I read about THATLou, I knew it would be a great way to make our time in the museum enjoyable for all. Annie from THATLou was very accommodating of... More

It is highly recommended to book thatlou if you have kids. We had a number of kids aging 5-7 and tthey enjoyed the hunt so much that they want to go to the louvre again. Our hunt was beast and beautiful and it gave us the chance to c all major monuments. They even gave us a free hunt to... More

Great 1st time experience for all ages. We loved it but tended to rush through the exhibits rather than linger. Well worth doing. Provided much entertaining discussion at lunch afterwards.
