So Disney Land Paris has some good rides, but if you’re expecting anything close to Disney World you’re out of luck. The cast members are rude and not helpful. It was February when we went and waiting in the lines was horrible b/c they didn’t have any heaters. In disney world even if it’s chilly they have heaters. There just wasnt that disney magic.

Magic Ways is just a scam. First of all, they made a couple of stops on the way to Disneyland, so the ride took about 90 minutes. The bus was plain white and didn’t have exciting Disneyland print as advertised.
Worst of all was the way back- scheduled for 21:00, which means that it was impossible to see the fireworks which is one of the highlights in visiting the park. What a disappointment!

Hello sir Miloh, During the purchase of your ticket, as indicated both on the ticket and in our app, our bus service includes several stops before reaching Disneyland. Please note that the fireworks at Disneyland are scheduled to start at 8 PM. Our guides also mention in their briefing that if you wish to stay longer in the park, alternative transportation options such as trains, Uber, or taxis are available. Our bus departs at 9 PM to help avoid the rush-hour traffic back to Paris. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding. Kind regards, Magic ways paris.

I'm completely dissatisfied with Shuttle service. First of all, shuttle will leave park before the final show! And moreover, we were riding around Paris picking up new passengers. It was advertised that shuttle arrives at 9:30am, and it was half an hour late.
The bus itself is nothing like on the picture. Just a humble printed label on the front mirror. Poor experience for a load of money.

The kids wanted to go to Disneyland - ok not on my must-do's in Paris but we go. We buy an Express 86 euro ticket so we have transport there and back. The only catch is there is only one time back so we have to stay to the very end of the day, about 11pm - ok we know that up front we will be spending 12 hours at Disneyland.
First find the unmarked bus at the first stop - no the man in the booking agency doesn't know when it goes and in fact says the wrong time so go outside and ask all the buses stopped out there if they are going to Disneyland. Yay we find it and we're off. We arrive and there are plenty of spaces in the parking lots so can't be too full? Get through the gates and there is a wall of people all milling about. So we head off to one of the theme lands and look for a ride we want to do - there are queues everywhere as expected, but didn't expect to spend at least 5 out of the next 11 hours in a queue which is what happened. The smallest queues were in the many shops where they want to take some more of your money - and not the food places which you have to use unless you have cleverly bought a picnic. Expect to wait a long time for greasy food.
What I didn't expect was all the smoking - the parents were smoking so much it was foggy - disgusting in a children's space.
There were two parades and a fireworks spectacular while we were there but it was by chance that we saw them as there was no information about this anywhere - make sure you ask when you arrive so you don't miss out.
Towards the end of the evening some of the theme parks were closed down and people ejected from them - once again didn't know this was going to happen so got separated from the kids for a while! This was the only time you could move around more easily late at night - the older kids really liked this so it was a shame the theme parks were closed.
The kids liked the rides of course, what we could see of the parades looked good, and the fireworks were great.
So we staggered out at 11.30pm to find no bus. And no bus came for the 30 or so of us waiting for it - so we all trudged off to find the bus stop and work out which bus went back to Paris - which came along about 1am in the morning! Thankfully. A really late night after a smoky overcrowded noisy expensive day.
We are still waiting to be refunded our travel costs incurred because of the no-show of the bus . . .

Here's the deal: buying your Disney tickets ahead of time makes total sense. It's easy, straightforward, right here in the TripAdvisor app. However, when it says "electronic tickets", that's a total lie, and once you realize that, it's too late and you can't regret your purchase. Because the "download your ticket" link takes you to a voucher and a physical address where you have to pick up your very physical tickets, before you can embark on your trip to Disneyland.

That's really annoying and just dishonest. We were lucky to live relatively close and only had to get up an hour earlier to make it there on time and to pick up our tickets when they opened their store at 9 am.

Why not just one star? Because the people working at the office were super friendly and extremely helpful and efficient. I feel bad for the bad rating, but it's just dishonest to advertise things as something it isn't just isn't right.

I'll review the park separately.

We have just returned from a family trip to the amazing Disneyland Paris. Me, my husband and our two daughters aged 6 and 3 stayed at the Hotel Santa Fe. The rooms are very clean and pratical for a base to sleep, breakfast is as all the reviews state horrendous in fact we didn't end up eating breakfast at the hotel we walked along the lake to the Disney Village (10 minute walk) to the Starbucks and had breakfast there every day yes this was additional cost of at lease 25 euro per day but with a impatentient 3 year old in warm weather it wasn't worth queing each day. I read lots of reviews before we left for Paris as I was feeling worried and stressed in case we didn't have enough money etc etc. We took £1200 spending money and returned home with £250, we managed to dine in a few restuarants but I will say that even in the higher quality resturants the food is still crap. My little girl only ate the fresh fruit on offer and crossants in her words not mine "I don't want nuggots and chips" she got fed up with the fast food style food within 2 days of being there and there bolognase wasn't much better either. I recommend to everyone visiting there take snacks/fruit/crackers/cerial bars etc over there as there are no supermarkets etc on site to purchase this type of food and if you have fussy very english children who enjoy roast dinners, homemade shepherd pie etc then they will struggle as all kids menus conisit of is buger, nuggets or pizza. We very much loved every minute of our holiday and breakfast with the characters at cafe Mickey is highly recommened, the kids will enjoy seeing all characters as well as large variety of fresh foods inc yoghurts, fresh fruit, breads, hot food, crossants etc the list is never ending. Please don't stress before you go, yes the foods and drinks are expensive and so are the shops but we managed to come home with 3 x princesses dresses, 2 x princess shoes and other merchandise and only spend £1000 over the 5 days. My message to any other parent worrying/stressing... the food is fast food style so fill up on healther food prior to trip, pack snacks and squash, take pushchair for upto 6year olds as its lots of walking! but don't stress its worth the expense and £1000 is plenty of a family of 4 for a 5 day visit.

Welcome to the Walmart of Disney, if you have ever been to Disney World Orlando or Anaheim, remove am memories so you won’t be disappointed.

The buses are normal, no Disney magic, not a Mickey Mouse sticker in sight.

The magic of the experience comes from the shuffling of buses, line up here, 10 minutes later asking is this our bus, to be met with disdain from the coordinator, followed by know answer.

The magic in this experience comes from 1) finding your first bus, 2) finding your second bus and prising a verbal confirmation from the coordinator
Praying you will get back to Paris without resorting to a taxi or Uber.

No issues with the Driving.

Being a Disneyland offered service that runs everyday, I think Disney need review it. To bring it into line and at the quality demonstrate by the US Parks. The magic from the start of the day is missing from this Disney adventure, yet, unpleasantly this is just the beginning and end of a lack luster day of magic that is called Disneyland Paris.

A lot of the reviewers here have reviewed Disneyland Park or Disneyland Studios, whereas the listing is actually for Disneyland Express - which is a shuttle service from Paris City Center to Disneyland. My review is only for the Disneyland Express shuttle service.

Booking your tickets is a fairly simple process, no complaints there. You get your ticket, and you get to print them off yourself at home. When doing this please use A4, white paper only. Any other sizes or coloured paper will not be permitted. If you are printing multiple tickets, do not print them duplex (i.e. back to back).

The ticket itself only gives very basic information regarding the pick up points. Please be aware that the main web site lists the pick up points and gives street numbers as well. The main site is http://disneylandparis-express.com/ and then go to the Your Day In Disneyland Paris, and the first page will be Points of Departure.

The best place to get information however is not actually via their website, but via a pamphlet that your hotel will most likely have. This actually has drawings of the pick-up points, which we found a lot more helpful than the tickets and web site combined. The pamphlet is called Disneyland Express.

On to the actual experience though - they advise you to be there 15 minutes before departure. I can't see why they've suggested this, when the bus generally leaves the previous point of pickup 10 minutes before your listed departure, and there are no greeters to check your tickets prior to boarding the bus. Unfortunately, our pickup - the last on the route (Chatelet), the bus came 15 minutes late. I'm a very patient man, but when I'm asked to arrive 15 minutes early, and the bus comes 15 minutes late - that's 30 minutes of waiting on foot (no seats available). I hate being late for anything so in actual fact, my wait was 50 minutes, as I had arrived 20 minutes earlier than requested.

The bus did make up good time, and we arrived at the scheduled time of 10 am - the same time the parks open. The bus drops you off a few hundred meters away from the park entrances, so it's a good 10-15 minute walk to the park. Of course, this also means a good 10-15 minute walk back in the evening, when the bus departs at 20h00 for all people. This departure was on time.

Incidentally, the 10-15 minute walk would have been accurate had the travelators (provided by Disneyland Parks) been functioning. This isn't however a fault of Disneyland Express, and this inconvenience did not affect my rating.

In all, it delivered what it had advertised, but through experience I think it would be more prudent next time to take the train, for the following reasons:

- The train is less likely to face traffic congestion
- The train station is RIGHT OUTSIDE the park entrances, less than 100 meters to walk.
- You can come and go at your own pace using the train, so you're not forced to leave the park at 19h30.
- The cost of the bus is almost identical to the cost of the train. You probably already have some kind of transport pass, so it may even be free.

The train station is Marne-la-Valée - Chessy, and it is in Zone 5 of Paris. It is at the end of the red RER line, numbered A4

We went to the pick up point 15 minutes before the pick up time and waited until 9am and the bus never came to pick us up. We tried calling the tour service number and they never replied, also there is no help from trip advisor to get a refund. Waste of time and money

you can have many fun if you dont compare with the tokyo disneyland. The Forzen parade was bored but the disney parade was ok. you dont need to queue for a lone time so it was great (in japan you need to queue at least 1 hour for each)

please note: if you want to have the cheapest price for entrance. Must buy it online with """French website!!! """ If you use english or other language website, the price is total different. And to buy it in front of the park is the most expensive!
