Went to Le Divan du Monde for a gig. I had read reviews after booking tickets saying negative things about staff and security and I was a bit concerned that I had made a mistake in doing so. This could not have been further from the truth . Door staff were really friendly and helpful (despite our visit being only two days after the anniversary of the Bataclan attack). Staff in the venue were also chatty and welcoming. Only thing to watch out for...the toilets...ladies, they are not designed for us! Only one toilet and you need to walk through a bank of urinals before you get to it. The gig itself was brilliant and the whole experience was very positive...we had a great time!

I was there several times for the French clubbing nights on Saturday, and I always had a good time. The music is good (if you like French music of course), the place is nice, it is in an old theatre and you can also access the balcony. Prices are reasonable, even not expensive compared to other nightclubs in Paris. I recommend!
