Morning visit to Chanel with my husband and referred to Caroline for assistance in choosing my birthday gift. Caroline was very honest and helpful in her assessment of what suited me and I chose one of the new accessory necklaces and a pair of earrings to match. Champagne followed and then a surprise as my husband insisted on purchasing a... More

Staff was super rude. Was not the experience I was expecting. I went in to buy a handbag and it took 40 minutes for a sales associate to help me. I had to ask numerous time and the place was not even crowded. Very disappointed. Don't go with high hopes.

I promised myself that one day when I made my way to Paris, this would be one of the places I'd visit. If you love Chanel, visiting this store is like no other. The staff are lovely, and more than happy to accommodate. They are extremely helpful and I could not have asked for a better experience. Of course, I... More

We can't say we got the greatest of greetings from the gruff security guards...... Inside, wow, for such a wet day was packed! We were asked what we were after, and politely told there was a wait, and offered refreshments. I checked out the shoes. Wow, all Italian made, laughing I thought maybe a name change to Chanelli is coming?!!... More

My daughter and I went into the Chanel store to buy perfume and makeup. While we waited to be attended we were offered something to drink. After about a half hour, a sales associate helped us complete our purchase. She was extremely elegant and kind. She then took us to the area where Coco Chanel lived ad gave us a... More

What was supposed to be a visit to Gabrielle Bonheur aka Coco Chanel's apartment turned into a shopping trip of a lifetime. My husband ended up buying me a pair of Chanel earrings and even before we bought anything everyone who worked there was extremely kind. Definitely a must see for anyone who loves fashion.

Staffs are absolutely friendly and nice 'only' when you are purchasing goods. After that when you are back for exchange either returns well your no longer a customer. Also, once I got back home and found out bag Ive bought is been used. It has scratches outside and there were no black dustbags which covers body of the bag. I... More

I had one of the greatest experiences in the House of Chanel. Two of my girlfriends went with me. When walked in the door and the doormen were very pleasant...Bonjour! My salesperson was Alexandra. She was very helpful. Even though the store was closing they allowed me to continue shopping. The store closed at 7:00pm, I wrapped up my shopping... More

We had a lovely experience at Chanel. I had read that the staff was snooty and I was dressed quite casually. That was not at all the case. We wandered a bit then saw "the bag". Yacine helped us. He was very polite and friendly. We were brought water and offered champagne. He gave us great restaurant advice and had... More
