Great communication, friendly service, prompt pick ups!

Booked a transfer from CDG airport to Explorers Hotel a few months in advance. Didn’t have to pay when booking, just received an invoice. I got a whatsapp message to confirm our arrival time the day before. When we got off our flight i received a phone call to say our driver was stuck in traffic and would be slightly late, we were stuck in a massive queue in passport control anyway so it was fine and the driver was waiting for us as soon as we got through.

Great communication on our return too, our driver arrived half an hour early and sent a message to say hr would be waiting at reception whenever we were ready.

Great friendly drivers and brilliant service would definitely use again!

Also we were travelling with 4 children under 5 and car seats were provided for them all!

Perfect transfer service especially for Parents with small children

We have used TJ prestige transfer twice now - both return journeys in March and more recently in October . I highly recommend them and any friends traveling to Paris and going to Disney especially with children . They completely take any stress and hassle away from getting to your accommodation . I was traveling alone with 2 children and to have someone personally collect me , help with luggage , put children in car seats etc was the biggest help ! Some of the drivers even provided bottles of water and had mini screens for children to watch (this depends on the driver and isn’t included in every journey) .
Cars are always clean and drivers are professional and on time . I also think the price is very reasonable .
Will continue to use !

Superb Shuttle service

Superb service.. Used 7 times over week long stay in Paris. Pick up from ORLY, shuttle to and from Disneyland on two different days, full day tour of Paris, including all the sites starting with The Louvre and finishing with The Eiffel Tower.
Drivers were very professional and on time, cars were top class. Company were very easy to contact on a daily basis and very open to amending times of pickup and drop-off . Would highly recommend this service. A+

I would highly recommend using this company for transfers from Paris Beauvais to Disney as well as Disney to Paris CDG. We used this service twice in the last few days and everything worked like clockwork. Communication was via WhatsApp which was fine for myself. If I am ever in Paris or the surrounding area again I would definitely use this service.

If you need any kind of taxi service then this is one you need! Friendly drivers, cars were immaculate inside and out. Booster seats for my children as well as an infant car seat available if needed. Communication was fantastic and despite the issue with a cancelled flight, TJ Prestige were more than happy to accommodate the sudden change. Couldn’t recommend them more!!! Thank you TJ Prestige! You made our trip to Paris start and end with real ease.

We used this company as a transfer from CDG airport to Disneyland and back. We had a good experience with this company. We received WhatsApp messages when they had arrived and we were able to communicate with them through that. Always arrived on time and the drivers were friendly and helpful.

Thankyou for a fantastic service. On time there and on time on the way back...early and ready waiting for us. Very reliable as they were always in contact with me via wattsapp and very polite. 100% would recommend and will most definitely be using for future trips

We were traveling from Scotland. Booked tj prestige online and they sent a confirmation email and WhatsApp top. Very easy to book. It was great having the WhatsApp number as when we landed we were a bit early and we were able to contact the company and check that they were coming. Car was lovely and they had all the boosters and car seats we needed. When we handed over the money we accidently gave them €10 less and £100 (mother mixed up envelopes) tj prestige WhatsApp and told us about the extra money which they brought back when the driver came to pick us up to go back to the airport. Driver was early, again car very clean and all had all the seats we needed. My little one was feeling a bit sick and he couldn't of been nicer. Honestly so pleased with this company. Honest, timely and great communication. Will be using next time.

Just back from disney and used this transfer from airport to disney and return. Excellent service and communication before pickup. Very helpful and friendly and very reasonable. Free carseat for babies and toddlers, highly recommend

Excellent service. Picked us up on time and the driver was pleasent and professional.

On our way back we hadn't booked a return, a quick phonecall and we were sorted. The return was also 20€ cheaper than other option.

Kept in contact with us at all times and picked us on up early due to the Paris riots.

Transport vehicles are excellent also.

Highly recommend this company and will defo use again when we return to Paris.
