My app on Paris was not updated with the new opening days as of the day before my visit. When they realized my disappointment, the whole staff (who were in a meeting) got into motion: one made me a well-presented coffee, the guardian said that he had time to show me around (and allowed me to take pictures, which is... The first floor dining room is handsome but the food was not up to standard. The portions were somewhat small and my lamb dish was not hot enough. It also took a long time to serve. The glass exhibition made a good conclusion to the evening. It is a shame that the viewing only opens at 9PM as we were... More

Not a popular museum but worth a look. You may have the place all to yourself. Full of exquisite crystal and the history of this company. In a mansion in a very classy area. Off the beaten path. Impress your friends with your review and story.

This is a very small museum that is worth a visit if you're into Crystal. On beautiful square. It is not worth making a special trip to go but if you are nearby you could come and see it again if you're into beautiful crystal items. The restaurant is also good and is an interesting combination to do

If you love crystal it IS gorgeous but such a small display that I really feel on principle they should not charge the 10 euros for entry.

I thought the entry fee was a bit expensive considering how small the museum is. Very pretty displays and the toilets are impressive, but I would hardly recommend a visit. However, if you have plenty of money, you can buy spectacular crystal items. The museum is walking distance from the Eiffel Tower, so if you're in the area, pop in.

This museum is tucked away upstairs from the Baccarat Crystal Gallery a few blocks from the Musee Guimet. There is a fee. Tickets can be purchased in the gallery. Pictures may not be taken. There is a wonderful selection of crystal on display dating back to the origins of the company. There is also a table set with placesettings made... More

Beautiful crystal from a variety of historical periods, including a gallery showing the stemware or objets d'art made to order for historical figures from around the world. One gallery shows a video of all the different types of craftsmen who work on Baccarat crystal; it really builds appreciation of the craftsmanship when you realize how much work by a huge... More

This museum come showroom, showcases stunning crystalware and is well worth a visit if you are in the Trocadero area - it is on Street Etats-Unis and is relatively easy to find - you have to pay an entrance ticket and are allowed to view the displays at leisure - there are some very impressive historical pieces to view, as... Staying in Trocadero

Neighborhood Profile
Trocadero
This is the neighborhood of grand and impressive Haussmann-designed apartments and buildings. National museums overlook the Eiffel Tower and embassies fill the avenues and streets. Locals head to the butcher, florist, or bakery on their daily rounds amidst luxury and splendor, all with a view over Paris and its most famous tower. Snuggled in between the grand buildings are small art galleries and homes of historical significance. With a rich legacy from 19th century politics, art, and architecture, you can’t help but be reminded of the belle époque, the Universal Exhibitions and the nobility that have frequented and shaped these streets.
