We thought we were going to a Jazz Club with a basic meal, how wrong we were! An incredible five star buffet awaited on Christmas Eve at the Mecure. The Jazz was great but the food was an unexpected delight. One of the must do activities in Paris at Christmas time.

We visited this jazz bar after a meal in the hotel restaurant of Le Meridien. An excellent Jazz band and although drinks were expensive they were excellent quality with small bar snacks provided. Found one of the bar staff to be abrupt, verging on rude which was a shame. The younger bar man was much more friendly and welcoming. This... More

The Jazz Club Etoile is an excellent venue to enjoy an evening of live jazz. Located on the ground floor of the Le Meridien Etoile hotel in the 17th arrondissement in Paris, it hosts superb jazz greats regularly in a relaxed and genteel atmosphere. Recommended!

Visited this jazz venue with my family; we enjoyed cocktails as we listened to to some good jazz & blues. Would definitely visit again.

I paid for dinner, and left a tip. I paid for an extra drink. I agreed to pay a cover charge. You showed me to a table. So don't harrass me for not drinking enough (!) less than half an hour into the show. The music wasn''t that good. The venue was less than a quarter full on a Saturday... More

Was it an off night? Perhaps, but I suspect deeper problems. The dry gin martini had little gin, although the "real" cosmopolitan was pretty good. "Mixed" Charcuterie and fromage plate was pathetic. Two sticks of gruyere on Melba toast. Ham and other dried sausage was tasteless. Okay, now for the bad part... The music was awful. Singer had an okay... More

When in Paris I always try to fit this in. My wife was first to find it when she joined me for a business trip. Different nights have different music so check to match to your taste. We like swing and New Orleans and last night we had it. I think we were the only foreigners in a room of... More

Expensive $69 pp live jazz band only speaks French which I don't but the music was good. Food was good. The spacing is a problem they jam you all in like fish. No personal space nor place near you to put belongings. Overall great show
