The show itself is beautiful and a really enjoyable way to spend an evening in Paris! We had a great time and enjoyed the whole show experience.

However, at the start of the show the waitress bought us over two bottles of champagne without question or explanation, or without bringing a menu. My friends accepted the drinks and while I figured there would be some cost, I wasn't expecting the 190EURO bill that was presented to me mid performance. We hadn't opened one of the bottles and asked to give it back but we weren't allowed to. This wasn't great service in my opinion and was really disappointing to experience this when the show was so great. I would still recommend going to the show for sure, but just be very careful about what you're ordering and make sure you know the cost!! Don't make the mistake we did :)

Having seen the Crazy show Taboo many years ago, we were very excited to see the new show Totally Crazy on our recent trip to Paris. My husband and I, along with our 2 friends were once again blown away by the talent, showmanship and technical aspects of this stunning show! Every dancer on that stage gave it 100% in energy, enthusiasm and technique and gave us a night of pure class entertainment. Being a professional dancer myself I am always watching shows with a different point of view, but couldn’t find fault in this show at all. Everything down to the last detail was fabulous! Best show in Paris with a stunning atmosphere, lovely Champagne and a very entertaining performance. We will be back!

Wow! Wow! Wow! The venue is beautiful and the show is just fantastic!

The show is very tastefully done. Table service with champagne flowing nicely, one of the best evenings of entertainment I have had the pleasure of experiencing in a while.

We are due to visit Paris in the Spring of 2021 and will definitely be booking to go to the Crazy Horse.

Thank you!

I have attended this show before on a girls trip and was excited to return to my husband. They cancelled tonight’s shows two hours before show time with no availability to reschedule Friday or Saturday due to being completely booked. Offering a future voucher while I continue to ask for a full refund since we are not local.

I am sensitive to Covid issues however the email had some vague language about preserving their show experience. However they still plan on doing two sold out shows tomorrow and the next night. there should be protocols in place that prevent against situations that would cause a cancellation two hours before show time.

My suggestion is to not plan to attend this show until Covid concerns are less because it’s clearly not reliable. Which is unfortunate because it is a good show.

Do not purchase tickets to attend. The company tried to play cute and pocket over $400 in ticket money rather than provide a refund that they implied they would give. After being responsive on emails, once the company realized I knew my rights, they stopped replying to emails. Disingenuous and not professional.

I researched Crazy horse before going to Paris & knew the tickets were going to be expensive. However I read a tip from another review site & it really paid off! Do not buy your tickets in advance - buy them from the venue the same day you want to see the show - if they haven’t sold all the tickets you can get them cheaper. We went along at 6pm - bought our tickets from the venue and had a meal at a nearby restaurant until the show was about to start.

We paid €30 for two people inc ½ a bottle of champagne each! Absolute bargain! I thought we were going to have to pay €200+ to see the show! We had to compromise by going to the early 7pm show on Saturday night (strategic because we thought it would be less busy therefore more tickets free) And we had to be seated at the bar - again no problem as the room is not very big - we still had a great view!

Take my recommendation and save € € €’s !!!

I read these reviews extensively and I almost didn't go to ANY show (Lido, Moulin Rouge, and Crazy Horse all had bad reviews). I think alot of the negative reviews had high expectations due to the high cost they paid. Here is the best way to enjoy Crazy Horse at the right price:

Don't reserve beforehand. Get there 15-30 minutes before the show starts and get the Silver tickets. They tell you it is for standing at the bar, but everyone had seats. 50 Euro for no drinks, 70 Euro for 1/2 bottle of champagne (or 2 drinks). We bought 1 of each (average 60 E), split the champagne, and we enjoyed the show at a reasonable price.

It was definitely entertaining and memorable - don't expect a Broadway show and you will have a great time!

Crazy Horse Saloon has been the most avant-garde cabaret in Paris for almost 50 years. It is not the same type of cabaret that Moulin Rouge, Lido, Paradis Latin or others are - there is no can-can, glamorous costumes, or juggling guys on unicycles. Like many other reviewers here, we asked our agent about setting us up with Moulin Rouge, and he suggested to go here instead - smaller and more intimate he said. Little did we know that it was nothing the same, instead it is a gentleman's club where 90% of the show is stripping.

If you consider yourself conservative at all, or don't enjoy striptease routines, you should not go to Crazy Horse. If you are wishing to see traditional can-can dancers or a variety of types of entertainment, you also should not go to Crazy Horse. It's not that type of place. There is a whole lot of nudity, though it is tastefully and masterfully done.

At first we were disappointed and critical because it was not the type of cabaret we had expected, but once we got over that and looked back on it through the lens of what it was trying to be, and not what we had expected it to be, we were actually quite impressed.

The acclaimed new show since September 2009 is called "Desirs", and is brilliantly choreographed by Philippe Decouflé, whose credits include no less than the 2002 Olympics - both the opening and closing ceremonies in front of a worldwide audience of nearly 2 billion people, the Lyon Opera Ballet, and the 50th Anniversary of the Cannes Film Festival. His use of lighting is particularly impressive, and the dancers are classically trained in ballet, jazz and contemporary dance. Stage sets are simple due to the small size of the stage, but clever and innovative. Music ranges from jazz to rock. This is not a singing show - the songs are lip-synched but quite well. This is not the type of show that tells a story - rather it is a series of striptease routines that are themed as an expression of female sensuality. The dancers are all near clones of each other in size and shape, which is critical to the success of the choreographed routines. We were impressed by the way the lighting perfectly accentuated the routines. It truly did come off as artistic expression and modern dance, with strong sensual overtones of course, and we admired the range from classic Parisian style to modern routines.

Crazy Horse is a small venue, not a large stage like Moulin Rouge - it's really a classy gentleman's club. The interior is lined with red velvet, the tables are small in the classic Parisian style. The French patrons that were there were well dressed and drinking champagne. The tickets are expensive at about 120 Euros for a good seat (includes a bottle of champagne). The audience was totally mixed - mostly couples. There was one routine of can-can style dancing (keep in mind it's a small stage with about 8 dancers), one routine of a magician that was entertaining, and then the rest was various sensual dance routines.

Crazy Horse is a Paris classic, and the new show is quite excellent and well reviewed - BUT it is definitely not for everyone. You should read up on Crazy Horse before booking, it's history and glamorous past, as well as the show itself, and the type of show it is trying to be so you will enjoy it more. You also need to enjoy a striptease show, modern and artistic dance performances done by mostly nude ladies and should not be offended by a show that is sexual in nature, and not family entertainment. If this sounds like you, and you appreciate modern dance in addition to striptease, you should enjoy Crazy Horse. It is famous for a reason - but make sure it's for you BEFORE you book.

Crazy horse is definately NOT your typical can can show so please do not go to this show if you are expecting a moulin rouge type of performance. It is much more sexy and up to date though not sleezy. I loved the creativity and the variation between each performance. The women are beautiful and any seat in the house is a good one. My boyfriend and I were at the very front and it didn't bother us at all. It is a much smaller ensamble composed of about 12 girls rather than the multitude of dancers at the other shows. The theater is much smaller also but very fitting and cozy. I have seen where others have complained that both drinks that they were given were the same. This didn't bother us but I think it is just the way they do it. If you do want a different 2nd drink I suggest you ask the waiter when he makes his first round. I do have to add that they do not hold back on the alcohol in the drinks. I figured they would be watered down but I was completely wrong! There is a 2 euro charge per coat but the cost of the show was less than anywhere else and I don't recall the moulin rouge even taking my coat when we went there. I believe Crazy Horse was 80 euro for the late show and we got it for cheaper because our hotel made the resevations for us. That was inclusive of the two drinks also. You can pay a little more and get champange.

The magician in my opinion was not so good. He was a young guy and I think a new performer because he seemed very nervous. But he was charismatic enough to pull his way through it. Plus the crazy horse show itself makes up for any mishaps!

Try it out! It's an experience beyond description!

My lady and I attended a 7 p.m. performance on Bastille Day in 2018, As far as our impression, the location was a bit smaller than we imagined, drink prices were exorbient with the cheapest bottle of champagne costing over 80 Euros although there were two small complimentary pours provided to all guests as part of a limited time offer. There's no doubt that the ladies are beautiful and the "host" was a high point of the show with his lounge routine. Certain parts of the show were amusing, some were artistic, and a couple were seductive and sensuous but there were other portions that feel short. The less enjoyed portions carried what I would call a "Betty Boop" feel that deemphasized the intelligence of the female actors and emphasized a very materialistic and shallow mindset that for me was undesirable. I do realize that everyone has different preferences but these are mine. I tend to enjoy viewing a naked women who is intelligent and sexual as opposed to one that is unintelligent and who desires to use her sexuality to take advantage of men. There is a photographer that makes his/her way about the auditorium during parts of the show. While we didn't choose to purchase the photos, they were very well done and this in my experience is rare. While we did enjoy the night, I would not attend again and I would explain but likely not encourage others who asked for recommendations.
