We went to this church for a classical concert. The atmosphere was amazing and the music was as beautiful as the surroundings. The only down side was the chairs as they were small and uncomfortable. Bring your own pillow if you have to sit for...More

Due to the scaffolding, I was not able to get to see as much as possible. So we had a quick visit sheltering from the rain. Plan only a quick visit.

While in Paris I visited a number of churches and cathedrals and La Madeleine was my favorite. The architecture and artwork are phenomenal.

I had wanted to see the inside but at least was able to see its beautiful setting opposite Concorde Plaza while walking to Hermes to shop with my wife and daughter. It is a great Greek temple architecture. Would have loved to have gone inside.

This place is really a masterpiece of architecture! I wasn't able to get inside because it was closed for re-innovation but for sure its a must visit place!

Nice flower shops on the site, nice farmers market at the right time of the day. The church front steps are currently covered with flowers at the entrance. Gorgeous!

The church is amazing and well worth the trip over. You'll be surprised. The building is like a Greek Temple. The high alter is worth seeing.

We had the great opportunity to hear a group sing sacred music inside here. It was so very special and the building so historic. It's worth a peek inside.

The church is usually open daily. I don't know the exact hours but at least from 8 am to 6 pm and later if there any concert or event. If there is a wedding in progress, that would be a great time. A wedding here is... More
