this is the BEST way for you and your family to visit and learn about the special and hidden parts of Paris. Its fun, entertaining, and educational and well worth the money. you can even privatise it if you are a big group and have it in the lanuage you want. My little boy loved it and he really is not that easy to please when it comes to museums and the likes. There are other tours available by the same company for other parts of Paris, I will book ahead for next time. Would recommend it to anyone! :)

Corey, our guide, loves Montmartre and it shows during his tour of the area. He showed us the last vineyard in Paris, a place where the locals gather every night around 9 p.m. to drink and sink Parisian songs, St. Denis headless statue, the Moulin Rouge, and neighborhoods that remind one of a small village in the 19th century, quiet and beautiful. Corey is a transplant from Maine/New York CIty and married to a French women and he truly loves Paris. His command of the English language makes the tour a must do.Don't forget to tip him!

You are expected to tip the guides at the end of the tour. The tour is well worth it. The guides were very friendly, helpful and spoke well. Provided good history of the area and suggestions on where to eat and what to try.

The area has such a wonderful history and you get the true classic Parisian feel. Definitely worth taking. You will find yourself, after the tour, venturing off the streets and loving the beauty of this area.

Please, if you’re not in good shape physically do not take this.
This was not a leisurely walk as they advertise and we had a hard time co pelting all the uphill walking and stairs climbing at fast pace.

Oh no was very informative. We thoroughly enjoyed this tour and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Paris. We would not have the significance of this area without doing this tour.

The guide had a few fun stories but nothing you cannot pick up from a tour pamphlet/book or touristy map. I think it would have been fun if we had went without the guide.

After booking this trip in April- 2014 I was sure that the tour was organised. But yesterday I received an email to tell me that rather than replace whoever was taking the tour, they just cancelled my booking. How dare they, I'd seen them at the Eiffel Tower prancing about as comedians do, shame they couldn't bother to replace the sick guide so I could have done an organised tour! Rather than having to go online again now that I'm totally exhausted after sightseeing here in Paris. What an unprofessional wast of time group this is. They better refund me all my money. Don't risk the disappointment with this tour company. I just checked online & they are still selling tickets to my cancelled tour.. Ridiculous !!!

We really enjoyed the tour. We really didn't know what to expect when we booked our tickets, but it seemed interesting enough. It was fantastic! My wife and I as well as our 10 and 13 year old kids had a great time and agreed it was one of the highlights of our time in Paris. It's worth the extra money (compared to just boring old lift tickets). Note that the tour gets you to the 2nd level. It's a bit extra to get to the top.

We really enjoyed our walk around Montmarte last month. Our guide was excellent and he was filled with all kinds of interesting tidbits about how Montmarte came to be. The next we are in Paris, we will be booking a hotel in Montmarte because this is where all the action is locate. We loved the selection of restaurants and little pubs all over the area. one could experience the world's cuisine simply going to Montmarte. Great base of operations for sure. Our guide was really good, but his name escapes me. He was from England and about 45 years old and he was great. Linda (his boss) should give him a raise.
