Well worth going here if you want to check out all different French foods. It's multiple levels and has the feel of a high end department store. I purchased a couple of things just because they caught my eye (rose flavored marshmallow!?).

They had just renovated the food emporium at Bon Marche a couple of years ago and they have now done another remodel. I find the new set up less inviting. The same products are there - more or less - but it seems very sterile. Plus there used to be a very enticing pastry shop as you enter the store.... More

Located in La Bonne Marche Department store, features a mind blowing array of food and drink, from a to z, magnificently displayed! Store is so clean and bright! Expensive, but incredible. You want to try everything you see, even if you know from experience that you don't like it. I could not pass up a fav, the Serrano ham sandwich... More

It is worthwhile visiting this place in a very nice district of Paris. There are several metro stations in a very convenient walking distance to this place. The food (and drink) options you can see and buy there are amazing, and the quality is very high. Staying in Paris for some days, you should include a visit to La Grande... More

We went for taste of some raw seafood. Freshly shucked oysters and scallops and surprisingly live sea urchins. With glass of white wine, price is bargain if you have similar foods in Los Angeles. Must try.

I'm pretty sure my jaw dropped open when I walked in. The Epicerie is huge, but the displays, shelving, and lighting provide a welcoming atmosphere: one in which you really want to shop or browse. The products are categorized by category, for example, biscuits, chocolates, spices, cheeses, meats, and there is a section of "international foods" organized by country or... More

Amazing choice of whatever one can want. Makes one want to shop. Very good place to buy souvenirs like tea, wine, etc.

Sensational overload if love foods. Selections are amazing. Quite pricey though. A must visit when you are in Paris.

Stopped here per a suggestion by our tour guide-and we were not disappointed! Only had about an hour to shop before they closed and found that was enough time to explore about 1/3 of a floor! You could spend at least a good 12+ hours here if you wanted to give it a good go-over since there are 4 floors... More
