Neighborhood: Ile de la Cité / Ile Saint-Louis
Two islands sit in the middle of the Seine at the very heart of Paris. The more majestic one, Ile de la Cité, sparkles with history. This is the birthplace of Paris, the home of the Gothic Sainte-Chapelle, and the site of the prison where Marie Antoinette was held before her execution. Tourists flock to see the iconic Notre Dame and the beautiful bridges that straddle the Seine. Ile Saint-Louis, the more provincial island, welcomes you with cozy traditional eateries, small boutiques, and what some people say is the best ice cream in the city. This is essential Paris from its very beginnings to its modern appeal.

Loved shopping here. Found out the items in the store are all designed by French artists and manufactured in France. We found some fun unique itemes here at good prices. I live using my umbrella because it reminds me of our vacation much better than an "I love Paris" tee shirt.

The shop is very colourful and bright. The main attraction though is in the shop itself, the products ranges from baby gifts to funky designed curios. Best of all the product are all proudly designed and made in France.

Best place to find unique France souvenirs. However, the price is pretty expensive. I bought a plastic chopstick and it costs €9,5! I don’t know is it worth the money or not. But, you can find another things that you like maybe. Everyone has different taste. For sure, the employee is very rude and impolite.

While I love the antique shops in Paris, this is a most unusual store if you're looking for new, unique, fun, and very different items. This was our 3rd trip to Paris, and our 3rd trip to Pylones. Brightly colored, fun items - everything from toasters and kitchen utensils to hairbrushes to staplers to watches and jewelry. From small children to adults (and the teenagers I took last time LOVED it), something for everyone. The store we go to is in St. Germain Des Pres on Rue de Bac. Rue de Bac curves, and it's about mid way in the curve, probably closest to the Rue de Bac metro stop. Great store!

The sales personnel is rude and not friendly, they don’t explain the articles.
I brought my grandma and the salesclerk made fun of her because she wasn’t able to open a package. I asked her to be nice to my grandma and she refused. Nice articles but the worst customer service.

I promised my sisters to take them some souvenirs from Paris and we found this shop from Tripadvisor. The vitrine is so funky with all these colours that you cannot just pass by and don't make a stop in. Great funky souvenirs in very good prices.

In less than five days, I visited this shop three times; but it was pure luck, as I simply stumbled upon their Montmartre, St. Germain des Pres and finally Carrousel du Louvre branches.
And guess what? I ended up buying something different in each visit, as every item is original and funky.
It's actually a great place to buy a cool but not-that-expensive present to your relatives or friends, giving a twist to the classic "Eiffel Tower" miniature. They even give you colourful wrapping bags for free!

We stumbled upon this shop in the mall near the Louvre. It was the perfect place to find gifts for friends and family back home. For instance, we found rubber oven mitts shaped like animals, magnets, oven timers, picture holders, cheese graters and much, much more! Shops in multiple locations near tourist sites. We would definitely visit Pylones again.

Nice to look at and fun to buy as gifts just for "something different".
We went to the one at the Louve.
Imagine how thrilled I was to find that a store opened in Chadstone shopping centre (Melbourne) just a couple of weeks ago!
