I set up and prepaid a booking a couple months ago for our trip in June. I've been trying to get confirmation via phone and e-mail for a couple weeks now, to no avail. I checked the website this morning to see if I could find any other contact information... only to find the website replaced by a "Business Closed" banner. ...Still no word about a refund since, presumably our tour will not happen. (Though since the Photo Tours company is not replying, I've filed disputes with my credit card and paypal.) The worst parts I'm now stuck trying to find an alternate plan for high season, a mere week before we leave. There's just not much left out there. The situation stinks.

Unfortunately after booking and receiving confirmation and the meeting point information no-one turned up. I then walked 1km to the nearest starbucks to get wifi and send an email to the company. When i got wifi i had an email from them (sent after the start time of the tour...) explaining that the tour was full and woyld i like to rescheduke or get a full refund. As it was my last full day i couldnt reschedule so i got a refund that will xome theougv within 2 weeks. Unfortunately this will not cover my international transaxtion fee on my credit card... Extramely disappointed with the company and that it didnt go ahead :(

Steve was our photographer and he was excellent! Not only was he friendly and easy to talk to, his technical knowledge was also really good. This was a treat for my son's birthday. Although in his second year of a photography degree course, Steve was able to provide some really helpful tips for him, which made the tour even more worthwhile. All in all, an extremely enjoyable and helpful afternoon in Paris. Many thanks, Steve.

I experienced the Photo Tour last weekend. Perfect tour for me who has never been able to use my camera correctly! Our tour guide, Steve, was amazing. He was really patient and able to explain all the photo terms in ways that were understandable for me. I think it is an important quality when you are a beginner like I am. I learned about aperture, exposure, shutter speed and composition. Also, this tour took place in gorgeous places such as the Louvre or the Pont des Arts, which makes even more interesting. Definitely a tour I recommend!

I had a great experience taking the photo tour of Paris with Steve. He explained the different key settings on my camera very clearly and directly followed his explanations with practical exercises while walking around the beautiful Louvre area. In addition, we visited some small courtyards and pathways that I had not seen in previous walks through the area. I would definitely recommend this tour - it's a great way to visit the heart of Paris and come out with some beautiful shots you would not have thought of or been able to take before.
