Visited here on a short visit to Paris, and the queues were much shorter than in the Summer. Once again we ate fabulous patisserie and my daughter enjoyed an incredible hot chocolate, which was, in her opinion, second only to the one in Cafe de Flore. Tables tightly packed and despite speedy service, staff evaporate when you are looking for... More

My girlfriend and I had breakfast here on a Friday. The croissant with scrambled eggs and smoked salmon was good, as was the Eggs Benedict; although this was verging on cold which was disappointing given it was not busy. The highlight was the Hot Chocolate which was delicious!

On a very hot day in August (97 F), came in for a "snack" in the early afternoon. The place was packed but our family of 4 was seated promptly. There are so many tables and chairs packed in the restaurant to meet the demand. The server was an older woman, nice enough. Took our order and brought it out... More

I understand that if you have been to so many places and experienced greatness then coming here it might not be as amazing as average people make it look like, I will not say the place is bad because the food given here was decent but not spectacular, over all the place was ok but not amazing but like I... Pretty pricey but the coffee and food are very very good. Recommend just grabbing desserts from the counter and eating them in the park as they cost 2 euro more for each dessert to get it at a table. Also recommend shooting for around noon if you're trying to go because late afternoon it gets crazy busy.

We reached Angelina just 15 mins before it was supposed to close for the day.. so, all we were able to have was the African Hot Chocolate. It was sinfully decadent and oh-so delicious that we forgot all our aches and pains! It was the perfect drink to rejuvenate us before our exploration of the Louvre. I loved it and... More

African hot chocolate is SUPER good! The dining experience in a Victorian Salon de thé was really great. Though pricey and waited in lineup, I enjoyed the dining experience at Angelina next to the Jardin des Tuileries. They serve great pastry and Mont Blanc is the specialty. If you don't want to wait, you can always buy the pastries to... More

Long before I moved to Paris I used to stop for a hot chocolate at Angelina. There are two floors, upstairs is more quiet but if you are looking for old world charm the downstairs front room is the place of choice. The back room is ok but not much charm. If you like chocolate, it is thick like pudding... More

Angelina's is the most delightful little tea room across from the Louvre!! Surely they have the best hot chocolate on the planet!
