Excellent device and a great atmosphere. Air conditioning was a bonus as today was very hot in Paris! A must do for lunch and a " petite dessert!"

This is better than you can imagine. Really. The minute you taste the very rich chocolate your taste buds explode. I am a chocolate lover and this was amazingly good. It is decadent. As good as it was it was a one time event per trip for me because of all of the above. The price for a pot of... More

As a massive Audrey Hepburn fan, I had read before that this was one of her favourite places in Paris so had to make the trip! We arrived at around 1pm and there was no queue yet so got seated straight away. I knew it would be a little pricey so wasn't surprised when we had a look at the... More

At the first sip of my africain hot chocolate, I knew this was the best hot chocolate I ever had or ever would have. It is so thick, it clings to the cup. It is dark and rich--I can't even imagine having a pastry with this, although they all looked divine. The service was not the friendliest, but the atmosphere... More

I have absolutely fallen in love with Angelina. I have tried three other Angelina locations in Paris- but this one is the original. The hot chocolate is truly a must if you are ever in Paris. The restaurant is a bit overpriced due to its location, but the food is good. The hot chocolate is definitely the highlight of any... More

True to the reputation, three chocolates was with the trip. One tip, three lines for seating is long, one can always go to the shop and buy a take away, which is available immediately.

We were staying at the fabulous Hotel Brighton on the same block of the Rue Rivoli, and had heard wonderful stories of Angelina. In particular, we heard boasts and rants of their wondrous hot chocolate, as well as all their lovely pastries. We chose a calm Sunday morning, around 9 am to stop by. We ordered the hot chocolate, a... More

It was a cold a rainy day in Paris..... no really, it was! We decided to stop by after touring the Louvre and Orangerie. Although there was a queue, it moved quickly and we had a table within 15 minutes. The interior is beautiful. You feel as if you've been transported back in time to the cafe society! The hot... We went to Angelina's before visiting the Louvre, and it was amazing! The atmosphere is sophisticated and comfortable. We ordered the famous African hot chocolate and it was delicious (and I dont enjoy hot chocolate often), I also had the Mont Blanc Passion Fruit dessert and it was equally delicious. This is a great way to begin a day in... More
