I booked a food and wine pairing short course for the first night in Paris on a girl's trip. When we arrived, we were told to wait outside. We stood there with another couple until Karrine Carroy came out and told us the class was cancelled due to another event and an email was sent weeks ago. No email was... More

I highly recommend the short courses at the Cordon Bleu in Paris. Everything from the welcome to the chef, translator, assistants, ingredients, tools, demonstration and instruction were top quality. I took the Viennoiseries class with Chef Somoza, who was excellent at teaching us to make croissants, pains au chocolat, and various types of brioches. The six hour class flew by,... More

We did a half-day private class for our party of 7 with Chef Bertrand and prepared seven perfect lemon raspberry tarts. This was definitely one of the highlights of our two weeks in France! Chef Bertrand was a wonderful and personable teacher and even the experienced chefs among us learned lots of new tricks. There were two assistants so our... More

My sister and I booking on the 'Secrets of the Macaroon' half day class with chef Daniel Walter and we enjoyed every last minute of it. The chef was immensely generous with his knowledge (and raspberry liqueur!) and created a very fun, playful environment to learn how to make the best Macaroons - we both went away with a box... We went for the 3 hour macaroon making course which the last one in this building as it is moving. The chef was fantastic, patient and funny. The macaron turned out perfectly, can't wait to do the sauces course.

Just enjoyed a wonderful culinary demonstration class at the school with the current enrolled students. We would not miss the opportunity to visit the Cordon Bleu Paris, and watch the demonstrations of acclaimed French Chefs. I signed up for the popular 1/2 day "Sauces" class. I arrived early and was impressed with professionalism of the staff who warmly welcomed me and the impeccable facilities.
