Convenience in a building

A good selection of brands for me and my family. Rather than finding individual stores outside. Conveniently located. Able to do tax refund all at the same place.

It's hard to have a bad meal in Paris, but this is one place that achieves it. The views are lovely from the terrace on the top, but the food we had was mostly second-rate, except for a salmon salad which was pasty, chalky and inedible. So sad. The store is being renovated, which makes getting through it a challenge.... More

We went to the top of Printemps. It has a lovely cafe, but go to see the view of Paris. This rooftop view shouldn't be missed.

great place to go for shopping in Paris- you can find all the latest brands and trends. there are three main buildings, one for men's fashion, one for beauty and home, and one for all the rest. one can spend the whole day there as there are a few food restaurants also on the premises. The shopping department however charges... More

Printemps has 3 buildings but, during the construction, has only one ladies room available, located in the women's fashion building. Also, no ladies room in the 9th-floor terrace restaurant: you must go from the 9th floor of the beauty/home goods building to the first floor of the women's fashion building. It took me 1/2 hour to find the ladies room... More

This store offers a fantastic experience for anyone wanting to sample a top Department store. But we went there for the rooftop which offer panoramic 360 degree views of Paris. Well worth a visit.

I love the view from the terrace on top of this store - much better than the nearby Galleries Lafayette. You don't need to buy food to enjoy the terrace( we didn't). I always stop by at Jo Malone for a quick spray of my favourite scent.

Paris 360 degrees view has to be one of the best spots in the world, but the ambience, the food, the decor! No! What a sad and lost opportunity to something so unique with French food and wine.

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
