Professional scam

I ordered a chair from this Made in Design/Printemps and now it has been nearly 1.5 months and the item is still not dispatched. Made In Design said they have no updates because their supplier cannot provide a delivery date.

I spoke with their supplier directly at Moustache and they said they do not do business with Printemps/Made In Design, so the item I ordered through them don't exist. They said it is best to cancel my order with Made In Design and order directly with them.

I wish I had read the reviews before making the purchase. Regrettably I have opened case against this company on PayPal and my credit card provider.

This company is a very sophisticated scam...

Email bounced back

Further to my previous reviews, they asked me to email them to find a solution to my concern. Unfortunately I sent several emails to elalande@printemps.fr but never received any reply. Solenn later asked me to email to smandenglikeng@printemps.fr and promised she would answer my email (See previous review). I sent an email to this address but it bounced back. At this point, I have to give up on this company. Too much time wasted. This is horrible customer service.

Definitely worth a long lunch

Okay, this was so much better than expected. Not only great shopping but great views of Paris. A delightful champagne bar. Great eateries and a delightful restaurant on the 9th floor of the ‘male’ shop. Didn’t Ventura into the ‘female’ shop but I’m sure it was as delightful

What a Department Store

Unbelievable department store, Just huge and a bit overwhelming. However the customer service I experienced was very good. The store clerks were very nice and helpful. They all spoke English which was helpful. I purchased an item from Burberry and then went to another floor to obtain the VAT tax document. The VAT tax staff were a bit stressed but friendly. I did manage to get the person who assisted me with my VAT tax to smile as I imagine it is a busy place and can possibly be a bit monotonous. This is definitely worth a visit.

What a place!!

It's a huge mall in Paris. It has only exclusive brands and shopping here is an experience itself. I bought CHANEL perfume and lipstick and the service was amazing. They do speak in English and felt very good.

I liked the windows of Printemps for Christmas and I enjoyed strolling it inside. However, compare to the Galeries Lafayette it’s not so chic and luxurious and impresses less.

No Customer Service At All

I received a reply on my last review here in August. Hasna provided an email address of elalande@printemps.fr and said that person would contact me to resolve the issue. Of course no one contacted me and I sent several emails to the above email address but I have not received any replies.
It is eye-opening that how they mistreated their customers and no one really cares.

No response to customer service. Quite incredible for a big store like this. No action after phone calls or emails. I think Printemps should learn how to listen to their customers. Je ne suis pas impressionné !

I am writing this review as a last resort. My daughter and I visited the Celine counter at Printemps. After spending some time with a sales associate, the gentleman informed us that there was a fragrance named Eau de California. Since we are from California, we decided that it would be a lovely momento from our trip to Paris. When we arrived home, we discovered that we had been given the wrong scent (one we didn't like). After 3 months of telephone calls to Celine customer service and the Celine counter at Printemps, no one will rectify this error. We finally received an email from a "Duncan" in Celine customer service who acknowledged the error (based on my pictures and the client profile that Celine has). Duncan stated that someone would get back to me. It's been one month and 5 emails from me explaining that I have heard nothing. Duncan will not respond and no one is doing anything. I cannot believe that this so-called luxury brand at Printemps will not make this right. No one at Printemps will respond either. Very frustrating. This is a $350 perfume....a lot to me but should be nothing to this large store. I would like someone at Printemps to respond to me please and take responsibility for the brands that they carry. Thank you.
