Last September while in Paris my French cousin suggested we avoid the crowds at the Quai d'Orsay & visit the Musee Marmottan Monet which holds a brilliant private collection featuring all the famous Impressionist. It was truely a feast for the eye.

My third trip to Paris, so I finally went to Musee Marmottan. What a delight! I can’t believe it doesn’t get bettter press!!! GO. Room after room of amazing Monet canvases, set in a lovely, quiet mansion.
