I took my first trip to Paris with my then 6 year old son, Xavier, in May 2019. We visited lots of places on our 14-day vacation. On our visit to Monet's House and Garden, we had a picturesque spring day. The drive to the cottage was wonderful as well as the drive back into Paris. The sunshine made the flower and water gardens come to life! I captured a million photos including pics with the garden staff. The tour of the house was like walking through time. It felt truly Parisian country cottage and explains why Monet was so inspired here. Monet was a huge collector of Japanese prints and there are over 200 throughout the house. The livingroom/studio houses many of the master's great works and I was shocked to see how open they were to the public. There is even a Renoir hanging in the hallway on the way to Monet's bedroom (MIND-BLOWN). I highly recommend this tour as it was an incredible experience!!

My friends an I wanted to discover the Loire Valley by ourselves but I thought " Why not try a private tour experience to learn lots of things " What a good idea it was. We never saw such a VIP Service. The guide has a very comfortable van. He is friendly and knows perfectly the place and its secrets. We are already thinking about booking another private tour with him to visit Paris and Versailles. I suggest Parismatic's Tour service to everyone !

Our tour guide lost the focus of the trip and instead gave us an overview of the entire history of France instead of focusing on the periods represented by the castle. We were rushed at the second castle and missed the entrance to the third. For 750 euros pervperson, the guide should have paved our day more responsibly.

Dear Rb2495, We sincerely apologise to read about your bad experience. Our customer’s satisfaction is our top priority! Be assured that we do our best to improve our services. However, let us to clarify the situation. First of all you booked a private tour with a luxury vehicle (7seats) with an expert guide only for your party (2 persons) you payed 1400€ (witch is the coast of the whole vehicle). Your licensed and expert guide with 22 years of experience did his best to make your visite as informative as possible. By the way, next day he was thankful and touched by your text on his phone "Thank you for the informative tour". As you were very much interested by the history which made you to spend more time during the stops, your guide from very beginning was very much worried that you will not be able to visite the interior of the Chambord palace as it is closing at 5pm which means the last access is 4.30pm. But as it was a private tour, so he could only advise but never insist to do shorter stops. We totally understand your discontentment that’s why we did a little refund. We are very sorry again about all the issues met during your tour. We hope to see you again on one of our tours. Warm regards, Nicolas J.
