Our hop on hop off bus stopped nearby so we had a look at this monument on our way to Sacro Coeur, great detail within, a closer look is a must.

Bloody good statue. Would look at again whilst sipping a beer that took some time to materialise, but upon arrival was rather nice.

Marechal Moncey is not so well known for his bravery...still this monument is very nice, with a lot of interesting details (both architectural and historical). It is placed in the center of Clichy Square, no chance to miss it.

In the centre of a roundabout at Place Clichy is an often overlooked statue dedicated to Marshal Moncey. He is responsible for amassing and leading volunteers to resist the invasion of Paris by the Russians in 1814. A wonderful bas-relief adorns the base.

This is a nice monument though strangely placed in the middle of a lot of traffic. There is a lot of design components in this monument, if you're in the area you can't miss it as it's on the main road but I wouldn't specifically make my way here just to see it.
