My wife and I had a delightful time shopping and cooking with Perrine. Perrine was very attentive to our requests and made the class very educational while being a very personal host having us in her home. Highly recommend.

Perrine was a lovely host. She took us on a tour of local markets and explained how they worked in Paris. She welcomed us into her home and we cooked a delicious lunch together. We felt like locals and thoroughly enjoyed her knowledge and joie de vivre!

An exceptional experience for two fourteen year old grandsons. They put it first on the list of things cousins would enjoy. I learned a lot as well. Couldn't have been any happier. Then we got to eat it !!!

Perrine was a patient and knowledgeable instructor, giving us instructions and then handing the reins over, under her helpful eye. We first went to a local market, learning the ins and outs of the Paris markets, and how to order the freshest foods from the vendors. Followed by a few specialty shops including a butcher, bakery, and award-winning cheese shop... More

The day started out pretty rough, trying to get a cab, plus the weather was not working with us. On top of that we were running a little behind. As soon as we met Perrine, though, she smiled and greeted us with welcome arms! We talked a little about what we wanted to cook and we were on our way.... More

Cooking with Perrine was lovely. Her kitchen is modern, highly organized, and stocked with abundant cooking gadgetry. It's fun to be in the presence of someone who so clearly enjoys their craft. As a true chef of course would, she adapts gracefully on the fly when we kept sugar on the heat a bit too long, and gives tips for... More

With Perrine you will create a very nice 3-course menu in no time. You'll go on the market with her and she will show you the specialities and she will tell you a little bit about the history of the local markets in Paris. She offers different curses and you can choose as you like. After that you will go... More

I did not participate in the cooking portion, but joined my family for the results. Was I glad I did! The meal was wonderful, the table was beautiful and the view of Paris from her home was outstanding. Perrine gave all of us an experience we won't forget...

We visited Paris the week after the horrific attacks and were a little nervous about our visit; would tourist attractions be open, safe, and available? We are so glad we went when we did, and were able to set up a private cooking class with Perrine (5 of us). We were interested specifically in learning about French meat preparations, and... More

I was looking for a unique activity for our family of adult children and their spouses and contacted Perrine. An excellent choice! She was flexible in putting together a program we would all enjoy and her tips and tricks for preparing an authentic French meal will make duplicating the results back home so much easier. All the fundamentals were covered... More
