Geraldine, CSW and WSET 3, organizes tailor-made day wine tours to Champagne, Chablis, Sancerre, 2 days wine tours to the Loire Valley, Burgundy and Bordeaux. She also welcomes you in her beautiful private apartment in the heart of the 16th arrondissement of Paris for private wine tastings, wine&cheese pairing and wine tasting dinners. Geraldine was born in Champagne in a family of wine growers. She worked 9 years in the wine retail business in New York and started her own company, Wine Domini, when she came back to Paris in 2011. She is passionate and loves sharing her knowledge to wine enthusiasts

We spent 3 days with Geraldine in December 2021 to Champagne and the Loire Valley. What an amazing experience! Geraldine is extremely knowledgeable about the regions and the wines, and she made it feel very personalized and special. We felt like royalty, especially getting the opportunity to spend a night in the countryside at a small hunting lodge with a lovely homecooked meal, outstanding wine, and fantastic company. Whether you’re an oenophile or just someone who wants to give French wine a try, look no further than Geraldine, you will not be disappointed.

We did the Sancerre wine tour with Geraldine. It was wonderful! One of the best wine tours we have been on! We learned all about French wine and the different soils of the region. We went to 4 different wineries in the two days. The people at the wineries were all very knowledgeable, patient, and kind during our tours. We tried many, many different wines and ended up buying several bottles. We tried many different foods of the region also. Geraldine is simply the BEST! She picked us up and dropped us off at hotels. She made arrangements for our hotel in Sancerre. She made lunch and dinner reservations for the whole time we were with her. She is very personable and easy to talk to. We enjoyed our conversations with her for the two days! We will be back to France some day with Geraldine on another tour! She is wonderful! I highly recommend her and Wine Domini!

Private Guided Bordeaux Wine Tour! Absolutely fantastic with several private tastings & tours! Geraldine's knowledge and interest in the Bordeaux wines is clearly evident, yet she provided us clear explanations and fun tasting challenges to encourage each of us to learn our own preferences and to express our "library of senses". In addition to all the tours and tastings, Geraldine arranged delicious dining reservations and excellent accommodations in various b&b chateaus. We drank wine, talked wine and shipped wine...such an amazing weekend!

What an excellent weekend! They say you can't go wrong with a Bordeaux. Well, you can't go wrong with Geraldine as your guide. She is so knowledgeable and interesting. What she doesn't know about wine isn't worth knowing! We had private tastings as we toured St Emilion, Pomerol and Haut-Medoc - all organised by Geraldine leaving us to sit back and enjoy ourselves. I cant recommend her highly enough! I can't wait for our tour together!

From the moment Geraldine picked us up at our hotel until the time she dropped us back off, the trip was SPECTACULAR. Geraldine was extremely friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. We learned so much about the region and the champagne making process. She really made out anniversary trip special. This trip is a MUST for anyone traveling to France. Thank you so much Geraldine for making our day so special. You are amazing.

We had a fabulous day touring the Champagne region with Geraldine. On the front end, Geraldine made correspondence easy and worked with us to design the tour we wanted. Because we were spending 8 days in Paris, we wanted to spend an entire day in the countryside. She suggested doing a champagne tour and visiting two smaller houses and vineyards. Both choices met our expectations and offered us insight into champagne making and grape growing. One house included a museum and tour; the other included a walk through a vineyard and their champagne cellar. Each stop included tastings that demonstrated the subtle differences between champagne makers. The added plus of this tour was driving through the countryside and enjoying the amazing views.
We also enjoyed spending time with Geraldine. She is friendly, conversant, and witty. She not only picked us up at our apartment in the 7th arrondissement but also provided safe transportation throughout the entire day. Her familiarity with the champagne area enhanced our tour and her knowledge about so many things, including history and life in France made it an enjoyable learning experience. We highly recommend Geraldine and Wine Domini and have already told friends that they shouldn’t miss taking advantage of the tours and tastings she offers. Thanks Geraldine for a fantastic day!

We have experienced a number of wine tastings, in France and elsewhere. We have to say that Geraldine offered the BEST experience. At the planning stage, she offered several suggestions and researched others in response to our interests. From the time she picked us up at our Paris hotel at 7:15 AM until the time she returned us almost 12 hours later, her energy never flagged. We were delighted with her choices which included a very fortuitous tasting with a small producer led by a young woman familiar with our town and our tastes and offered about 16 bottles to taste (Taste, not swallow thank goodness). At that tasting, we were able to appreciate how our fairly young acquisitions would grow with time. Not something usually possible with small producers. Geraldine knows a GREAT deal about wine. She is thoughtful and not didactic with her expertise. All in all, Geraldine was a wonderful planner and guide. You would be well- served to spend a day or two with her.

My husband and I had a wonderful time with Geraldine on our two day tour of the Loire Valley. It was immediately clear that Geraldine loves her wine and the wine regions and her in depth knowledge and passion for wine kept us interested and engaged throughout our time together. We enjoyed the leisurely time we had at the castle tours each day, in spite of the rain. In Tour, she arranged for us to stay at a lovely Airbnb. Throughout the booking process, Geraldine was responsive, flexible and accommodating to our mutual schedules. We look forward to experiencing other wine tasting options that Geraldine has to offer when we return to the area.

Geraldine drove us from Paris to the Champagne region in her very comfortable car. She is a trustworthy and very prepared driver. She is also informative, kind and flexible. She was on time, she had great ideas and she was extremely organized.
Our first stop was at a small champagne estate in the hills near the city of Reims. The owner gave us a lovely tour of the small cellar and production facilities. We had a great tasting of 3 champagnes. We went on to lunch in a casual yet refined cafe (of course, with champagne) and then on to another small estate for a tasting. In the afternoon we toured the Taittinger estate to see the impressive underground cellars and then stopped at the Reims cathedral for a look at the spectacular architecture. Geraldine made the trip easy and given the cost of round trip train and local taxi travel, plus her expert information and knowledge, was also an excellent value.

Geraldine is so friendly and knowledgeable about wine and champagne. We did a private tour of the Champagne region with Geraldine. It was great to get to know her and the region and its history.
Next time we are in France we will definitely book another tour with Geraldine!
