Dear customer On your cancellation request, the email address put is not the same put on your reservation and you provided as well a wrong booking number which made impossible to reach the booking and even having 5 days to cancel it you decided to cancel the night before, with no information or no correct information from the customer side of course is was not possible to speed up the process. That is why we provide our customers with an emergency number and our terms and conditions clearly specifies that for cancellations with less than 48 hours, no refund of the deposit paid would be made and that you have to communicate the cancellation to the emergency number given. Even if the customer service is not reachable that number is available 24 hours a day. Not following none of this terms and conditions made your driver to go and pick you up, this cost us a No Show which we didn't charge to you (the total amount of the service), but we couldn't as well return the deposit since is clearly specified on our Terms; you could see that a regular company or a regular taxi would just charge the extra amount with no explanations. Driver on arrival was 45-60 minutes late and had not rang or text to inform us of same, had to call to find out location. Driver on return journey was on time, would consider using again in future if better communication if sei er is going to be held up.
