Our family of four travelled to Paris last summer and we used this taxi service to take us from Charles de Gaules to Disney. They were the best of all we’ve used so far! It was extremely easy to book, and the communication was spotless. They were on time and very professional. It really made a difference in our trip! It’s not often you get a good deal on a great service! Highly recommend!

I had booked my taxi from as per friends recommendation. Driver was punctual waiting at the airport. My flight got delayed by approx 2 hours and customer service helped me managing my booking. Thank you very much

DO NOT USE! Ordered a taxi the night before my flight out of BCN. Got all the confirmation emails, got up at 3:45am and was out and waiting for the taxi at the scheduled 4:05am time. Over half an hour went by and no taxi showed up. Tried to text the emergency number and no reply. Called the number and it sounded like I woke someone up from sleep. They said they’d look into my reservation but didn’t see anything. What a waste of time. I have no idea why this service is rated well. People need an accurate and on-time taxi service so they don’t miss their flight and this is NOT one! Use Cabify. Driver was there in 8 minutes and was cheaper.

Booking was a breeze, and they had my back from the get-go. The driver was chill and right on time, plus they knew all the cool spots to hit up. Definitely give these guys a shout if you want a hassle-free and fun ride. Thumbs up all the way!

Driver on arrival was 45-60 minutes late and had not rang or text to inform us of same, had to call to find out location. Driver on return journey was on time, would consider using again in future if better communication if sei er is going to be held up.

they add high additional fees for the booking process and payments that they charge from the credit card without informing about this fact, tricksters and fraudsters, I do not recommend

We booked a 5 hour taxi trip with Taxileader Lisbon in June for 21st August 2019. Quoted 215 euros which we accepted. Paid 65 euros deposit.
Unfortunately due to my husband's ill health I notified Taxileader on the 12th August 2019 that I would have to cancel this trip because 5 hours was too long for my husband. I now required 2 hours of taxi hire. Taxileader leader quoted 165 euros for 2 hours. Obviously I rejected this outrageous quote and asked them to refund my deposit (this was 9 days before the booking). So out of a deposit of 65 euros they kindly refunded me 13 euros. SO please be aware that if you pay a deposit (65 euros - quite a large sum) to these people you will get a pittance back, regardless of the notification time. When you are travelling there is always an unforeseen circumstance. We hired another taxi for 2 hours. The cost was 80 euros. Excellent driver, courteous and showed us around the sights. PLEASE BE AWARE if you pay TAXILEADER LISBON a deposit for a pre booking, no matter how early you cancel, they will keep your money. DO NOT PRE BOOK with these people. In hindsight there was no need to prebook. When we got off the Cruise there was plenty of taxi drivers willing to show us around.

Salve, avevo effettuato un preventivo sul vs sito qualche giorno fa. Adesso devo prenotare ma non riesco più a visualizzare origine e destinazione del percorso. Si può avere tramite mail un altro preventivo e la prenotazione?

Le macchine arrivano contemporaneamente;
I mezzi ti portano direttamente all’albergo che sta all’interno del parco visto oppure ti lascia all’entrata

nel caso prenotasse 2 auto con il medesimo codice di prenotazione, queste arriveranno insieme.
Per quanto riguarda la destinazione, il conducente solitamente accompagna i clienti all'hotel il cui nome viene indicato nella Sua prenotazione.

La informiamo che il cliente può pagare in anticipo con carta di credito oppure lasciare i dati di una carta come garanzia e pagare in contanti all'autista. La somma relativa al trasferimento verrà bloccata 5 giorni prima, e rilasciata automaticamente dal nostro sistema 2 giorni lavorativi dopo il servizio. Da quel momento in poi, sarà di esclusiva competenza della propria banca riaccreditare la somme nel conto del cliente.

Hola David, nosotros viajamos el próximo mes, también con niños y me encuentro en la misma situación que tú comentas: nos han cobrado el importe por adelantado y el teléfono fantasma total ya que aunque dicen que se pondrán en contacto, no lo hacen para aclararte nada. Mi duda es si el traslado funciona y si el chófer no reclama el pago ( pone la web que se paga al chófer) y la realidad es que ya nos lo han cargado en la tarjeta. Gracias y un saludo

Aunque no pagué por adelantado tuve la misma incertidumbre en cuanto al servicio. Lo contraté en ParÃs y en Amsterdam ida y vuelta. Sinceramente el servicio fue impecable! Tal cual lo acordado. Es probable que la tarjeta haya tomado el pago como garantÃa y lo tenga como pendiente de autorización

Yo he contratado el servicio para el mes de marzo y no sé como funcionará y eso me tiene bastante preocupada ya que viajo con niños y lo que he observado hasta el momento es una informalidad total; no cumplen nada de lo que ofrecen en su web ya que me han cargado el importe a la tarjeta desde el primer momento y es imposible contactar con ellos ya que el teléfono que ofrecen es un contestador y no contestan a los mensajes que se les dejan.
