At the crossroads of sports and active tourism, RunRun Tours offers guided tours in Paris in short strides! Our mission is to make it possible for all those like us, who cannot do without the pleasure of running, to keep training without having to worry about finding the right route and getting lost. While being entertained with stories about Paris, told by a local running mate who knows everything about the best places to run and to be, helping you discover the most beautiful and sometimes hidden sites of the city. Our running tours are offered daily at several departure times either in the morning or at night. They comprise five distances: 6, 8, 10, 12 or 21 km. Most of our tours have a shorter version. Besides the physical activity itself, they approach various interests of the runners, such as: history, gastronomy, nature and classical and unavoidable monuments of Paris.

Instructions on where to meet were great. The guide showed up, and off we went. There were only 2 of us, but I am very slow. The guide waited until I caught up to give us the information about each site. The route we took was beautiful, and we saw all the major sites finishing with the Eiffiel Tower. I left there, as the other person wanted to return faster than I could go. The guide made sure I knew where I was going and how to get there. It was lots of fun - just wish I was faster.

This run was definitely one of the best things I’ve done in Paris. I ran 5k with Hamidou and 2 guys and they stayed with my pace which was nice. We ran in front of many beautiful monuments when no one else was there, and it was so peaceful. Hamidou talked about the history of different places which was really interesting. I’d definitely do it again. Highly recommend!

It was wonderful to see Paris waking up. Most monuments were almost empty so we could take some amazing pictures, and the guide was super pleasant and kind. I certainly recommend it to all other fellow runners

Guide,Hamidu was on time, pleasant and informative. A real runner... I had originally signed up for a private running tour and it's unclear how the website didn't work to exclude making it a group tour, (they refunded the difference after okaying it with me). Having said that, there were two others in the group. One was another marathoner and one was a recreational runner that was the only detractor ... I did it the first morning of our stay in Paris so that I was able to get the lay of the land and gain comfort with the running routes.. I would have given it a 4.5 but that's not a choice. It would have been a easy 5. Had it been a solo venture.

Great way to start a city break. Hamidou was friendly, knowledgeable, prompt. His communication before the event was clear. He took time to introduce himself and gave everyone in the group the chance to do the same. He also took time to assess the running ability of everyone and kept a pace that meant the group stayed together. We saw all the main attractions in the centre on each side of the Seine. We had the best part of the day - sunrise with little traffic and few people - almost felt we had the city to ourselves. Can’t recommend it enough.

Absolutely AMAZING experience doing the Paris sunrise running tour with Andrea ! Loved every second and learned so much about the history during these 2 hours . Can't recommend it enough !!

Great early morning run with Andrea around the Paris sights. Andrea was very knowledgeable on Parisian history and took some great photos & videos. Would definitely recommend. A great way to see the sights without the crowds.
