Convenient and easy

Big Bus is an easy way to get around Paris to all the major tourist sites. The recorded commentary is not super informative, and sometimes songs repeat to a maddening degree.

The big bus river cruise company completely ruined my experience for the river tour. The boat of this company is fifthy and disgusting and the staff are really horrible and unhelpful! Save your money and use another cruise company..

For my birthday we booked a weekend in Paris, and decided to do the blue bus tour on Sunday morning, then a visit to a museum, then the other bus tour in the afternoon. We got the blue bus up to Sacre Couer, being dropped off at the bus stop nearest the path up. We returned at 1pm and waited... More

The Big Bus Tours worked well for us, being only in Paris for a short time. We felt it would be the best way to cover the city, so booked a two-day pass with river cruise. We did both routes and stopped off at various places. The commentary was informative and interesting. The only downside was on the second day,... More

Loved it, saw everything we needed to see. Hop on hop off when ever we needed. Very good value and very good audio information. The kids loved it and had a lot of fun.

I will start by saying- the company did give me a refund, which was the right thing to do, so I'm grateful for that. My friend highly recommended this tour so I pre-purchased tickets online for 2 days along with a river cruise. The issue- we literally could not find a stop, despite looking hard and running into other travelers... More

A mixed experience on the Big Bus, Paris. We used the bus as a way to see the city's highlights with ease and comfort whilst providing a slight educational tilt. Whilst the commentary was largely enjoyable it was often broken down by repetitive music that went on and on - not helped by the Parisian traffic meaning that there can... More

We were in Paris for the first time and decided to buy the multiple day big bus tour. This was the best idea ever since it took us to all the major attractions and provided with a recorded audio tour of the city. There are multiple hop on/off locations in front of major attractions. My only suggestion would be to... More
