I enjoyed the steam room and had a facial treatment that went beyond expectation. I have dry skin normally and it's also quite sensitive, which always makes me nervous for treatments as some have gone badly. But the spa owner, Samia, noticed right away and changed the treatment so that it was a perfect match for me. I was able to relax fully and my skin felt weightless and soft after. Next time in France, I will be walking through Samia's door :)

I had a 1 hr massage yesterday. Being a "modest American" I can say it was a bit "different" than the massages I get in the USA or other countries, but it was nice. You just have to throw your inhibitions to the wind if you are to take the experience fully. The ladies working their are absolutely lovely and charming people. I speak no French (unfortunately) and it was sweet to see their attempts at English. We understood each other and there were no problems and had a lot of laughs in our attempts to communicate.
The only thing I would say that I would recommend they improve is to make sure the room is FULLY clean before bringing a new client in for a massage. I was brought into a massage room with 2 tables, presumably for a couples massage or simultaneous massages, but the one table (mine) was clean, and the other still had all the dirty items from the last client. Those should not have been there, both tables should be clean and fresh. And along the same lines...they were sweet to allow me to take a shower after the massage (more massage oil than I would have liked) but in the shower, on the floor, were 2 pair of disposable panties that previous clients wore and discarded onto the shower floor. Which was pretty darn gross to me as the shower does not drain well so it was filled with about 1" of water on the bottom...causing those panties to float about in the water I was standing in. Ok...not trying to gross you out here, but this does need to be mentioned as the spa really needs to be aware that we notice these things and they MUST clean the rooms THOROUGHLY before bringing a new client in.
You may wish to ask them to "go light" on the massage oil if you don't want to slither about. It would also be wonderful if they would use a hot towel to remove the oil from your body after the massage is complete. Showering does not exactly get it off, you need the abrasion of a hot, wet towel and their assistance on your back to help remove it. They should know this as any other spa I have used is aware of this. Not sure why they left this step out?
Anyway, all in all, would I go back? Not sure. I think I would try another place. The main draw to the place are the lovely ladies who work there that are such a pleasure. They even gave me a lovely gift bag with wonderful items in it for free. The drawbacks? See above. "A" for effort, "D" for execution.

Popped in here for a massage before driving home (to England) after driving for 14 days around Europe. The American lady who has previously reviewed it had me slightly worried I'd be getting probed or something - no such worries. Was offered little paper pant things for the massage, and a towel and paper pants for the hammam.
Being British I've got no idea of whether they're mandatory - I just put them on!
Massage was thorough and relaxing, worked out the knots in my calves and back from 4000 miles of driving, and the hammam was empty bar me which made for a very relaxing steam.
Highly recommended - and if the staff happen to read this, please apologise to the lady who looked after me... I had no cash to tip with. Presumably the French are used to this, but I was expecting to be asked if i wanted to add a tip on the card machine. Tip for foreigners - take cash for tips!
