We had a basic tour through the caves which took around 45 minutes. It was very informative and interesting. Great to hear some of the history of the company and the site too. Of course, the champagne tasting afterwards was the highlight! Definitely worth the visit and only about 30-40 minute walk from Reims train station. You can book online... More

Attending the tour of winery is so interesting, especially tasting champagne after tour. When I came here, temperature is minus 5 degrees, and it is located a little bit far from station. You'd better search bus station for winery beforehand, it is impossible to go to winery by walking in Winter.

On our visit we had a large group that toured the caves, the guide was well informed and the information interesting. The tasting afterwards was somewhat disorganised and we merged with the previous group. Commentary on the champagne we were drinking was needed. Although there was merchandise available there was no incentive to buy their champagne on site. Overall tour... More

We wanted to see a cellar but also see some historical significance. You get both with this. The caves are amazing. The tour guide was knowledgable and it was interesting learning how complex champagne producing actually is!!

These were the only caves we visited in Reims. They were beautiful and the English tour was very good. We took the tourist shuttle to here in the morning and then worked our way back toward the train station on foot and by (limited) Uber service. English tours given at 45 minutes past the hour. We did the upgraded 3... More

We had to book early on line to ensure access for an English speaking tour. Close to the centre of Reims a visit to Taittinger is a must do before you head out to discover the Champagne Region. The introduction to the process, the tunnel cellars and the tastings are invaluable. We did not try other champagne houses as we... More

The Taittinger tour is a very special visit if you're in Reims. There are various tasting options at the end -- from basic to their most special wines. It was interesting to walk around the underground tunnels. Although I expect they can accommodate you, I think it would be less fun for people who are not able to navigate the... More

The tour was very interesting and we learned a lot. but take your time for the tasting. We combined 2 packages and switched the glasses between the three of us so we could tast alle the different types of champagne.
