Nice history since Jeanne d'Arc passed this bridge to liberate Beaugency. Loire with nice waterfalls underneath

This old bridge is a visit worth when you are in neighbourhood. You can walk on it. Recreation in neighbourhood (kano, walking).

Perhaps the bridge has had some historical significance. I didn't find out. But don't drive specifically to Beaugency

Always happy to go to this bridge and beneath it to see the Loire River and wals along it. Beautiful walk

Ok, this is an old bridge spanning a river. Europe is full of this kind of architectural masterpieces. So have a look and move on. Not worth a detour.

Seems to be a special bridge, but it remains a bridge. Would not specially travel to it to look at it, but when in the neighbourhood ..... Nice view over the river, nice to take a picture and then travel further.

This flat bridge, built in stone and connecting both banks of the Loire, is worth a visit or view. Take care however when you cross it on a bike, though French drivers are careful and cautious. Some bridges have to be crossed as pedestrian on the sidewalk with your bike at the hand.

The pont de beaugency have a lovely view , the architectures of the bridge is superb. The birds whistle is around. It’s worth a look

We had a hotel right along the Loire overlooking the beautiful bridge (look up the history!). One side is a beach club with volleyball, games, etc. Kayakers, folks swimming, and we really enjoyed a morning run along the promenade, which is about 2k long, very pretty!
