Maison Louis Jadot has opened the doors of its cellars, located at 62 route de Savigny, Beaune, to private customers. This space allows wine lovers the opportunity to taste the wines currently available on the market and to buy bottles to take away. The idea is to offer our customers a tailor-made visiting experience. It's an opportunity to rediscover our ‘classics', but also to unearth wines from lesser-known appellations and older vintages - or even to buy bottles of grand cru wines from our limited stock. there will be something to please every palate.

In the US, we are not particularly impressed with the wines we find from Louis Jadot. We approached the wine tour with mixed feelings. However, we were pleasantly surprised. The tour was pretty standard. Unlike Drouhin, the winery is more geared to a larger mass market of ready to drink wines ( not a bad thing). Our tour guide was... More

We did several winery tours on our week-long tour of Burgundy, and this was without a doubt the highlight. The staff were both knowledgeable AND friendly (a combination we struggled with on some trips). The tour is extensive, and covers lots of different aspects of the winery. The round fermenting room is worth seeing just for the size and technology... More

This is more for the novice wine visitor. The facility is jaw dropping. They are THE biggest kid on the block shipping millions of cases pre year. Enjoy the tour learning how it's done. Everyone needs those basics. The tasting is interesting, but all the offerings are so young that only the well educated could imagine what they might develop... More

Jadot is a well-known name in the United States, as they own thousands of acres of grapes, produce hundreds of wines and actively export to the US. Their wine-making facility, a short taxi ride or drive from the center of Beaune, offers a glimpse of a large, modern facility that provides an interesting contrast to a tour of ancient cellars... Call ahead to reserve a private tour, for 20 euro per person (we called the day of the tour), and expect to be impressed. The winery is about a 20-minute walk from the city center, so it's outside the walled city, but you could grab a taxi. Pierrich was our guide, and he was hugely knowledgeable about Burgundy wines. I... More

My boyfriend and I decided to do a wine tour here because we have had some Louis Jadot wine in the U.S. We are so glad we decided to go here. There are many options for wine tours in this region and I would highly recommend trying this one. The gentleman who conducted our tour was very nice and knew... More

Firstly I would like to say that my favourite wines are the Louis Jadot Beaujolais Cru's. We stayed in Dijon recently and decided to drive down to Beaune to visit the winery. We called in to the Tourist information to ask how to find it. Unfortunately we were given the Head Office address. Eventually we managed to get into the... More

Thank you very much for your interest and for taking the time to visit us. The Beaune tourist office has been told many times that they should not send visitors to our headquarters where we cannot organize tastings. We will tell them again. Our range represents more than 150 different wines including Beaujolais. We always make sure that our guests can... More

I want to thank Christine for her incredible hospitality. My wife and I barely made it before closing time and she was gracious enough to let us sample some wines. (We were literally running through town to try and make it) I never expected such service from such a large producer/exporter. Of course I bought a spectacular bottle and will... More

We were inspired by the professionalism of staff and authentic wines at Maison Louis Jadot. Will now be looking to buy them in Australia.
