We are 5 friend who have our own little private wineclub where we meet to taste and explore the wines from the main areas in Europe. This time we visited Burgundy and participated in the two days Burgundy course. I have through the years participated in countless tastings, seminars and local visits, but never before have I learned so much in such a personal and professional way. Cristina has such an impressive knowledge about not only the region and its wines but down to the smallest detail with each producer. The atmosphere was friendly and relaxed, and all questions were answered and explained. I am personally considering going back for a brush up. Cristina and the Burgundy Wine School matches a Burgundy Grand Cru wine - the best you can get. Bendt

This was an amazing experience. We spent 2 days with Cristina learning about Burgundy wines. She went into detail on the history, the terroir, how each plot and vintage effects the wines, how to read the maps of the plots, and she actually drove us to the various villages to see the land and soil for ourselves. We then tasted over 39 wines bring each of these points together. And if you need a great Airbnb, Cristina has a few to choose from! She is also a great hostess.

Christine was absolutly wonderful. She was extremely knowledgeable and interesting to listen to. Its hard to write a review to give this experience the credit that it deserves. I couldn't recommend it more.

The programme was beyond our expectations. The insight and knowledge of the programme was excellent. Beyond the excellent teaching we enjoyed getting our feet on the ground, exploring the terroir. It was worth the investment and time for us, as we wanted a deeper knowledge and understanding of Burgundy, and its wine. John and Christine

We did a 90 minute class with Christina on our first evening in Beaune. Me and my travel companions are wine lovers but not necessarily knowledgeable in French wine technicalities. While a bit overwhelming, Christina gave us an invaluable introduction and technical crash course on Burgundy wines. This knowledge helped us immensely on our full day winery tour the next day. Do this BEFORE your in-person winery tour of Cote de Beaune.
