On a house at the close car parking is a remembrance plate for the fighter for the Italian Republic Garibaldi! I was surprised to find this here. A memonrandum for the fights in the Region of Burgundy.

Autun, France, simple wonder on the hill side. Interesting monument (relic) but the views are pretty amazing. Autun has some very interesting Roman sites, and really a nice city as well. Worth a day visit.

This sculpture is VERY old (more than 2000 years old) and is damaged. Not much is known about its original function. To me, it's definitely worth a short detour after visiting Autun for the mystery around this sculpture and the incredible view to the city.

This is just by the car park to the Brisou Cascade, so you can do two-for-one. What's in the photo is more or less what you can see, to be honest; it's not a place I imagine people make a special trip to.

Walked over to these pyramids that luckily have survived fairly well. There are trails from the town that continue up to some cascades. Very nice stroll
