This is where I buy my cheese. They have a great selection, and very friendly and knowledgeable service. While this is true of other cheese shops around as well, what makes Sebastien Bale special (in my opinion) is that they always sell you the cheese at its precise point of ripeness. This is truly fantastic if one is going to eat the cheese within a couple of days, but it means that it can get old soon... the solution is to g often :-)
