Fascinating to see this anbcient church linked to St Columban. We were a litle confused at the time and had to check up: this is not St Columba of Iona fame. There was good info on Columban in the church, which helped.

This chapel says that it is open every day. We arrived on foot, round the coast, and spent a few minutes looking around. It is a lovely example of a village chapel, complete with statue of the Saint.

Its a lovely walk or cycle out from Port St Dro to this quaint old church. Well worth doing to get some peace and quiet.

If you stroll in the nice region of Carnac, you will find this quit pittoresque little chapelle
Saint-Colomban, it seems abondonate, but that is not true, some visitors estimate it, here we find a relaxing and calm moment.

Who would have thought that farm animals have a Patron saint, well they do and it's St Colomban. A very interesting Chapelle with very interesting murals and old statues. A place of worship visited by many.
