With its black virgin, surroundings and decor this is a must see Cathedral. I was there to do the Camino 18 months ago and had an emotional send off from the priest.

Why would the Cloisters be closed between 12 o'clock and 2PM? This is most inconvenient for visitors .

The whole area around the Cathedral is interesting, including this part, and if you have the time and the energy then it's worth the diversion to have a look.

Some interesting statues and wall painting pleasant if unexceptional. Like most of the venues here the reception played beautiful choral music. Very soothing.

This is really nice collection of very old staff related to Christianity. For people who are interested, worth visit - the same with Cloister inside!

So many things to see here, the sculpture, the construction, the atmosphere, the small but beautiful exhibition of religious chasubles, embroidery so delicate you cannot imagine that is was done by hand and candle light....

A very nice (albeit small) collection of treasures from over the years. People who enjoy art and vestments from the middle ages/renaissance will enjoy it a lot

The cloisters are superb but so too are elements of the surrounding buildings, super iron work, wall paintings and the attached museum though this appears to be a work in progress. Church raiments are not at the top of my list of interests but the...More

It is a bit hard to find parking lot in the old town, finally I did it. The Cathedral is up on the hill as its name shows. We had to climb long stairs to reach its entrance. Its worth for it. As many pictures,...More

Take time to stroll, loo down alleyways, look up at the roof line. Take note of the evidence of old architecture, archways and doors long since bricked up. The place oozes history. It's a gem
